This has to be one of the worst experiences that I have had in terms of customer service. When you walk inside, you have no choice but to use self-check out and figure out where all of the appropriate options are. After putting in my own order, with no one to ask questions to, the machine asked me to add a tip. Um... a tip for what?After paying, a human approached me! Finally! She asked "Wait... you didn't want to add more to your order like a drink did you?" So there it is, the only human interaction that I get is to up sell me on the order that I punched in. And they still expect a tip. I hope this store's owner takes the margins that they save on their skeleton staff and give it to the employees in lieu of tip, because the service just wasn't there for me.

Why can’t they cook the rice correctly? 5 out of 5 times I’ve come here, I bite into my burrito and it’s like I’m eating a chicken and pebble burrito ? I love taco time, but please cook your rice a little longer for the sake of my teeth ?

The beef tosada was very good, and the order was correct and speedy. The only slight negative was the person taking the order at the drive-through who was very curt. I wish we could order on the app and pick up at the drive-through window rather than having to go inside to get it then we could avoid talking to people who are having a bad day.
I'm sorry your cashier was too nice and is really awesome and so kind. We should keep things personal without ordering on a machine Vs cashier (can you tell I don't really know how to machine order? Lol). Humans need jobs and stuff Vs machines and Clones taking over. It is so nice inside this Taco Time I was thrown off. I felt out of my league it is so nice and comfortable inside. I'm sorry your cashier is very good at her job.

Tots are NEVER fresh hot. This has been my neighborhood taco time for years. The food is always good though the tots are always lukewarm and food is barely hot. I keep hoping the next time I go they'll get it together. Please!!!

The worst Taco Time in Seattle. Every time I make the mistake of going here, the food is sloppy. Beef is greasy and dripping through packing. The soft tacos or burritos are soaking wet, having to peel the wrapping off it. Hard taco shells are already broken in half before you get to them. They'll also try to sneak in a single hot sauce unless you ask for more.As someone that eats Taco time 1x a week, I'm super disappointed in this location. I now resort to driving an extra 10 minutes north to the Edmonds location.

The food is solid but do not bother using the drive through unless you want to receive an incorrect order. Almost every order (4 out of 5) I have received when using the drive thru has been incorrect; however, when I go in to order directly from the iPad, or from a worker, my order is always right. I’m at the point where I don’t even bother to use the drive thru because I know it will be wrong. I felt trusting and used the drive thru today but forgot to check my order before I got home- it was wrong and seeing as it’s never a vegetarian (beef instead of pinto beans, sometimes chicken- no idea why) mix up, we end up not getting to eat the food which is disappointing, frustrating, and wastefulNot sure if it’s an issue with their talk box or user error with the POS, but the restaurant needs to look in to it.If you go in though, expect great service and a clean peaceful restaurant with tasty food.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options by subbing beans for the protein. Go inside to order though or else you’ll probably get meat in your order

The last three times I have been through the drive thru something in my order is wrong. When the order is read back to me it is right or summarized correctly. But when receiving the food, it is wrong. Ex: ordered a chicken crisp burrito. Was read back crisp burrito with x,y, z. I confirm. Get order, drive away. Start eating and burrito is beef crisp burrito, not chicken. Ex 2: ordered a Diet Coke, was read back a Diet Coke. Soda given was not a Diet Coke.When I go, I usually get this on my way to work so I don’t have time to turn around and correct order. Drive thru staff need to pay attention to detail and repeat order back fully.
