This place is in a class above any other fast food chain! This place rocks! We had a minor altercation at drive thru and they handled it better then most 5 star restaurants would have. The employees deserve a big " atta boy" . Wonderful place ... . Employees deserve a raise . Shout out to you guys!
I love Taco Time but this particular location is a real piece of work. After the last straw of them taking over 20 minutes again for the fifth time to get a small order to the drive thru window I wrote a complaint to corporate and stopped going here. A year went by and somehow they stayed in business so one day I decided maybe they had righted the ship. I went to the window and put my order in. I was the third car in line. The first car who was already at the window received their food a couple minutes later. The next car went up and paid. Then we sat there over five minutes. The worker came to the window and shared something with the customer who then looked visibly upset. The worker disappeared and I waited five minutes longer. Nothing happened. I’d seen this before so I just left the line and drove off. I took my business to Chipotle. Can’t waste my time on this one

I ordered in lobby to take out. The food was done fast and it was all good. I think prices are good. The lobby was extremely dirty.
Employees seemed very high and incapable of handling the work load. After 15 min in drive through we received a bag full of food we didn't order, but ate dealing with the staff and the wait we just accepted it. They really need to do better.

I went here on a scorching hot day and ordered a meal… which comes with a fountain beverage. They handed me a cup and proceeded to get my food ready as well. When I went to pour the ice… there was none. It was so hot outside… I REALLY REALLY wanted an ice cold refreshing beverage. No ice???!!! Then when I tried to choose what kind of drink I wanted… EVERYTHING except maybe 2 or 3 options out of probably 50 drink options were available!!! So why did they even give me a cup? What kind of cruel joke were they playing???!!! They really could have said something and I would have probably been understanding. They usually have pretty good customer service. That was crazy!!! Terrible experience!!

I'm so grateful for the classy establishment of taco time. The lesser known lesser hyped higher quality and good clean atmosphere is really appreciated. I'm a life long taco time fan. Of your not from around here, the extra cost for better food is worth it.
