The place was packed during the work day from when we came to when we left, and for good reason.Affordable in a sometimes unaffordable age, good selection and incredibly reasonable prices. Disappointing Experience Regarding Refund PolicyI recently had an unfortunate experience with Taco Chukis that I feel compelled to share. While the food has generally been good in the past, an issue arose when I needed a refund for a $30 order. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I couldn't return to the restaurant in the timeframe they required for refunds.Despite explaining my situation and hoping for some understanding or flexibility, I was firmly denied my refund because I didn't come back "in time." This inflexible policy left me feeling undervalued as a customer, especially over what was a relatively small amount.While I understand the need for policies, a bit more customer care and understanding in exceptional situations would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has soured my view of Taco Chukis, and I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service in the future.

They messed up our order and wouldn’t solve the problem. They gave our order to another person and didn’t even apologize, try to remake our order, refund us the order, or anything. I get that they’re busy but their customer service could use a lot of work. The young man with a great carhartt beanie is terrible. Do your job and make sure the right order goes to the right person.

Tiny, creative, tasty tacos at a great price! We had one steak taco, one pork-and-pineapple taco, and one chicken quesadilla. We should have doubled the taco order, but the food was worth the wait! Bonus: they have sangria-flavored (non-alcoholic) soda that was a perfect complement. Will definitely be back!
