There's beauty in simplicity and this place knows how to do everything right.

Good people and great food
Traveled from out of state, landed and came straight here. I ordered three tacos: al pastor, cabeza & asada. ALL three tacos were dry, no flavor…I agree with another review. I don’t get the hype. Super disappointing first meal.

Let me just say it — Taco La Cuadra is my go-to street food spot, and I’ve already been back almost 9 times (yes, I’m keeping count). That should tell you everything you need to know!
This food truck delivers unbeatable quality, flavor, and service every single time. The tacos are out of this world — from the perfectly seasoned meats to the soft, fresh tortillas and flavorful salsas, every bite is like a flavor explosion. Whether I’m in the mood for al pastor, carne asada, or barbacoa, they always hit the mark.
And don’t even get me started on the tortas — they’re massive, juicy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. Truly some of the best tortas I’ve ever had from anywhere, food truck or restaurant.
The service? Top notch. The staff is fast, friendly, and always makes you feel welcome — like you’re part of the Taco La Cuadra family. Even when there’s a line (and there usually is), they move quickly and get your food out hot and fresh.
Oh, and did I mention how cheap it is? Seriously, the prices are very affordable for how much food you get. You walk away full without hurting your wallet — which is probably why I keep coming back so often!
If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. Taco La Cuadra is the kind of place that turns first-timers into regulars. See you there!

I don’t get the hype. The tacos are good, but they’re not worth a 45 min wait in a sketchy Safeway parking lot.
I’ve been a few times and it’s always taken nearly an hour to get some tacos. Taco trucks are supposed to be quick! These guys are the opposite.
My first visit took 45 min between entering an order and receiving 4 tacos.
My second visit was at 6:30pm. They say they open at 6pm… that’s not the case. They weren’t ready until about 6:45 and then took another 20 min to make a few tacos.
I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Al pastor tacos great but other food items hit or miss. Service is usually slow and disorganized. Bring cash.

Amazing food truck, the portion sizes are better than any other taco truck I have been to. They are not dingy and also have us some free bites while we were waiting. Only downside I would say is the amount of ice keeping the veggies and condiments cold. I feel like it should be taken care of more.

The tacos al pastor are absolutely delicious as were the selection of salsa. . We ate them standing up our faces in our plates…and that added to the wonderful experience. Thank you!

Tacos were okay. Ordered al pastor, asada & suadero. The meat was okay, the tortillas were cold and thick. The service was terrible. The girl that takes the orders has a nasty attitude to the point where she is rude. She doesn’t make eye contact and acts as if she’s doing you a favor by consuming there. The only reason they have good reviews is because tacos trucks are very limited in the area. 0/10 recommend.

I’m not sure if they have 3 different food trucks. I have been to 3 spots they set up with. The first one was very good. Very organized and neat. The second one was the same. But the third spot I went to was kind of a mess. Maybe it’s Friday night and they were probably busy. There were about 10 plus people waiting for their order. They are out of all salsas and no more lime. They don’t look like they are about to fill them up until I asked about it. Food is still good but from looking at it it’s not the cleanest and it’s definitely a street food that night. I’ll probably just go the other location I’m always going to.
Best tacos in Seattle!
