Cute, cozy spot. Good avocado toast and coffee.
This is a really cozy spot! Everyone’s always super nice and the food is always awesome. I’ve been two or three times in the last year and that’s been consistent too.
It’s a little hidden if you’re new to the area, but there’s plenty of signage once you’re out of the car and on the sidewalk. Fairly accessible, though the doors are a little heavy and there’s no push buttons. Doors open outwards.
On my most recent trip I got the mint tea and a croque madam (fried egg on smoked ham with Parmesan and creamy bechamel sauce and Gruyere on sourdough) with arugula salad and a pickle. Really good. I paid about $26 for my food and drink, and this is a place that doesn’t have a tipping system, it’s all in their wages (stated by sign on menu).
They did remove the space heaters that used to be above the outdoor table, but I’m not sure if that’s a permanent removal or if it’s because it hasn’t been as cold this week. There’s a cute public firepit right next door though, and once I finished my food/returned the dishes I moved there to relax.
There’s a bathroom down a hallway that’s shared with other businesses that has a door code, so make sure to ask if you need it!
Glad to visit once again, and glad I remembered to review this time. 😂

I didn't catch either of their names, but the folks working this morning were endlessly patient and kind, even being a tip-free establishment (or at least it wasn't an option when I paid). It was like walking into a little cocoon of kindness.
The avocado toast was unremarkable, but the coffee and vibes were 10/10.

One of my favorite spots. The avocado toast is so good and they make a delicious matcha. Lovely outdoor seating

Such a lovely space to grab coffee, a drink, or just hangout! An amazing patio for the summers, and such a cozy vibe for rainy days. I came first time in 2020 and got a coffee and a flat fixed and everyone was so nice. It’s only gotten cuter since then and such a beautiful space. From what I could tell the space is mostly utilized for the cafe but I’m not a local anymore so I’m sure they still provide bike services at good weather as well!

The barista was kind, attentive, and able to track the line even when customers arriving didn’t stand in one. He made me an excellent, smooth oatmilk matcha latte and the milk was rich enough that he could shape the foam into a leaf decoration on top. The one type of vegan pastry available was fresh and tasty. The place has a bicycling theme and is massive inside with loads of seating options. Worth walking down the alley (enter from 11th) to reach it. There’s a slight foul smell seeming to emanate from the back of the alley but that’s the only atmospheric ding I noticed.

The copy was pretty good. The pastries that they have that were product of a better word. Incredible and different. We can't come out of town and stop there to meet up with a friend that lived nearby and recommended. This shop was very hard to find since we're out of towners, And by a fluke I saw the signage on the window but we're persistent. And just there muffin croissant was definitely worth being persistent. We found it in the center of a very small walking mall.

great vibes, located in an alleyway-type of place with little shops and a big outdoor fire pit area. The avo toast with egg is amazing. And the espresso is exceptional. Cozy wood vibes with tables to sit at

TBH, I only had coffee and no food. The place is welcoming and the staff is great. Nice seating and a safe area.
What impressed me the most is when I paid, there was no screen to automatically factor in a 20% to 30% tip. In fact, I saw no tip option there at all, which was interesting, though maybe I missed it.
But in a world of excessive tip DEMANDS, I welcome a break from that where I am not imposed upon to give if I don't usually do so. I don't mind tipping when the spirit moves me, but any place that accepts it as completely okay and optional gets a HUGE BOOST in my book.
Thank you for listening to customers.
I will return.

Pleasant coffee place and bar. Had a decent cold brew and my wife had a great strawberry lemonade. We came here in the evening when there was an event going on outside, and even though it was loud outside there were a couple tables where we could sit and chat. The strawberry lemonade was uniquely good because of how it resembled a slushee. The cold brew was good, not the best in Seattle, but good.

Great cocktails from a cute space! There was live music in the plaza the night we were there and we loved sitting outside at the bistro tables!

Best chai! Such a good peppery burn - it’s one of my favorites in the city :)
