They clearly label everything that is vegan, and their breads are delicious.
My favorite bakery for breads in Seattle. Would bump to 5 stars for more vegan sweets but I appreciate that they’ve got an option or two, and it’s always delicious.
The greatest benefit to living in the city proper is access to small neighborhood businesses like this one. My best Seattle mornings begin with a hot corn muffin from Tall Grass Bakery, followed shortly thereafter by breakfast with toast made from fresh compagnon.

It's always a gamble what's in store... But the baguettes are good and the rye sourdough is very good.
The lines are ridiculous and service speed is fantastically slow. The workers are nice though.
