I’ve always liked Tall Grass Bakery for its bread and community feel, but my experience today was disappointing. I was waiting outside until they are open and they welcomed me to let in. It was very nice at that point. I was very excited to purchase their fresh bread just came out of the oven and share the bread with my families and people at my child's school event. We had the hominy bread, which was absolutely delicious, along with a poppy seed cake and a coconut & ginger scone. The scone wasn’t too sweet—just the way it should be. The poppy seed cake came with a lemon and sugar coating that added a perfect zingy kick.
i love tall grass bakery for a quick snack with my friends! their brioche bun is amazing, and so is their pretzel. there are lots of breads there including things like cinnamon rolls and chocolate chip cookies. the sesame sticks are also amazing! i would recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth and if you love a good bread.
