I ordered the grilled pork sandwich. the meat is very salty and it tasted old. Banh mi gets more expensive but the quality went down. disappointing

I've been a loyal customer since childhood, but a recent experience has left me questioning the integrity of your business practices.

During my last visit, I ordered an avocado smoothie, which totaled around $6. After I pulled out my card to pay, I noticed an additional $0.50 charge. After tax, the total came to $7.17. I informed the staff member that I preferred to pay in cash and asked for the $0.50 charge to be removed. Instead of addressing my request, she dismissed my concerns, gave inconsistent explanations, and ultimately charged me the extra amount even though I paid in cash.

This kind of treatment is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on your business. It’s not about the $0.50; it's about the principle. Trust is key in customer relationships, and experiences like this make it difficult to maintain.

The rolls were fantastic - fresh, buttery, and exactly what I was looking for. There was some confusion about the pricing of the rolls. When I asked the salesperson, they informed me it was the same price as the regular bread, but neither product had a price tag displayed. It might be helpful to have clearer pricing in the future.

BahnMi sandwiches are some of the best sandwiches you can get around! $6.75 for the pork belly or Pork belly and meatloaf. I usually get a cold iced coffee, a sandwich and a couple of the pork egg rolls (egg rolls are $0.75 each). I also love the deep fried bananas. They also do fruit smoothies and boba drinks.

This place has one of the best banh mi in Seattle. It’s always consistently good, freshly roasted bread, and perfectly seasoned. All the viet aunties go here. It’s a bummer that this place isn’t getting the ratings they deserve but I suspect it’s because the aunties don’t know how to review. Never been disappointed

They are inconsistent with prices, be careful. Make sure you get receipts if you must go here. Unsanitary. Food can be decent.

Very good pre-packaged rolls and small meals, but their sandwiches were about a 6 out of 10 scale. Not as big and nowhere near as delicious as Q's Bakery which is a 10 minute walk away. Our late Sunday visit resulted in somewhat stale bread. The quantity and quality were lacking, but convenience in a downpour was nice. We had Tammy's years ago and it was much better, for what that's worth. Don't think I'll be back (and they charge 10 cents per bag even though I never take plastic bags). But if you are pressed for time and can't get to a better Vietnamese sandwich shop this place will take care of that craving (barely).

Shredded tofu banh mi is really good. Grilled pork banh mi is too fatty.

Great Vietnamese deli with a decent báhn mi and strong iced coffee.
