Slow Bad service. Didn't get our order right. Food wasn't good. I ordered two sopes And I asked with rice meat and beans and she didn’t get it right and blamed me for not telling her when I told her twice. I even called them ask if they could remake my order and they said no cause we didn’t CHARGE YOU FOR IT !!!! BAD SERVICE!!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend or ever go back

Taquería El 5 de Mayo is a neighborhood favorite serving delicious and awesome food. The birria is amazing, featured in both tacos and the unique Pizza Birria, which was alright and had a decent portion size. The chicken enchiladas are also noted. The street tacos are fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. The salsa verde is great and actually spicy. Portions are generous, making it super worth the price.
The staff are amazing and very friendly, providing awesome service. They present even a single taco beautifully with all the fixins. The place is super easy to get in and out of, with a nice covered seating area. However, the parking lot is confusing and the open air waiting area isn't ideal when it's cold outside. Despite this, the tacos and overall experience are worth it.
