I have been coming here for years, it is my favorite taco truck. My favorite dish is the carne asada, but they have many plates and taco options. They make the guacamole fresh when you order it. The owner is really nice and provides an authentic Mexican food experience.

I usually stop in at the shells for some gas ect. I always see this tacos truck. curious so I had to check it out, order the number #2 comes with 3 tacos ur choice of meat and side of beans and rice. Absolutely delicious. I'll be back 💙

ok this place seriously has the BEST Asada fries in the state!!!! Missed this from colorado and havent found a single place like these guys who did it like they did! My search is finally over.
Service was good, but my goodness the carne asada fries was absolutely terrible. Very dry, unseasoned, and almost unedible. Will never go near this place again.

Some of the best food I eat often comes from a food truck, a small family cafe or a local dive. Taqueria Techuacan is a food truck located in the parking lot adjacent to a Shell station in the Rainier valley. It is some of the best Mexican food I’ve eaten in the city. The flavors are reminiscent of those I tasted while on a trip to central Mexico. I am partial to their Pollo Asada and the Carnitas plate. The pollo is a half chicken that is well seasoned and always with crispy skin and succulent, tender flesh. The carnitas is juicy roasted pork with sautéed onions and peppers. (Although once the pork was sautéed too heavily to induce crispness, which dried out the meat!). My husband can’t move off the Carne Asada which is equally tasty. All come with the standard sides of beans, rice and tortillas. Portions are generous and I often have enough left for breakfast. It’s usually very busy at lunch time but they are open till 9:00pm. Consider dropping by for dinner. Great deal for a great meal.
