Enjoyed a quiet New Year’s Eve Happy Hour dinner here and it was to die for. The menu for HH is really well curated and great pricing as well. The spicy rigatoni is to die for and their spaghetti noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had. Cocktails were all really well made/balanced. Service was very chill and not overly festive. Loved the playlist they played as well — Shazamed quiet few songs while we were there.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this lively Italian restaurant! Our server, David, was incredibly attentive and quick, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was simply amazing – the spaghetti and ravioli were both delicious, and the focaccia bread was, as always, the best we’ve ever had. To top it off, getting the bill was a breeze, making the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

I have ARFID but their smashed finger potatoes were Delicious. I was so anxious I wouldn't be able to find something on the menu I could eat or feel comfortable trying, and the server we had was fantastic. He got me a shirley temple :)

The atmosphere was nice, it's dimly lit with small candles and high ceiling warm lighting which was good on my eyes.

I'm really glad everyone here gets paid a good wage.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a smaller place, and the walkways I do not think are wheelchair friendly/accessible without some finagling.
This is a place I'd be sure to call ahead and ask for there to be accommodations made for those who need more space for accessibility.

Easily one of my favorite places in Belltown! Great happy hour and the pasta always hits the spot!

An easy spot for a great drink and a bowl of pasta. The best item on their menu is the Foccacia. Warm and crunchy with great olive oil does the trick. Come for Happy Hour and save on drinks and portion size. Open seating while making new friends makes it a nice evening.

We had dinner for two and based on the reviews, we thought it would be delicious. But it was the worst dinner in an Italian restaurant we've ever had. The steak was burnt and bitter, covered in charcoal. The salmon was tasteless, but the vegetables that came with it were overly salty and sour, as if they had been soaked in vinegar for too long.

It was terrible and completely tasteless, not worth the $150!

The staff was friendly, but we weren't allowed to pay with cash. The atmosphere was nice, but I don't recommend the food

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were impressed by the good service and atmosphere. However, the pasta was overcooked, chewy and seemed like it wasn't fresh. I hope this can be improved.

We brought out-of-town visitors to try this restaurant and were pretty underwhelmed. Not at all what we expected from an Ethan Stowell restaurant. Even the kids thought their food was “mid.” My son boxed up his spaghetti to be polite, but he didn’t want it. To be honest, we probably could have gone to an Olive Garden…

Parking: It’s in downtown Seattle, so parking is expensive!

Kid-friendliness: It was “okay” for kids- they had a high chair, but the restaurant was pretty cramped. They didn’t provide a kids menu- the waiter went over their options when he came to take our orders.

Pasta is my love language that Tavolata answers everytime. I can go with teams from work to just solo dining and never had a bad experience!

Tavolata Belltown in Seattle is, in our opinion, the best Italian restaurant north of Denver and west of Yellowstone National Park. Here the pasta is 'al dente' and the sugo tastes so great, as if we were in Italy. Pecorino is obviously more popular here than Parmigiano, but I also like it very much. The service is also very friendly and attentive. OK, the background music is a bit loud and not very Italian. But what the heck: The restaurant is modern, young people like to come here, so that's just how it is.

I had a somewhat underwhelming experience at this place. The ambience is amazing, vibe of this place is really good but the food was disappointing. There was no option to replace the meat to the pasta I ordered. They informed of not having any preparation of chicken that can be added to my dish. The food is expensive and not the best tasting. I am sure there are many better Italian places that will probably accommodate your requests better. Will not be returning to this place.

Food tasted good… but it’s like insanely expensive for what it is. We got chickpeas as appetizer (canned chickpeas in olive oil and lemon for $20! Cmon) and two $30 pasta dishes. The food was ok, no real complaints unless I want to be obnoxious about it… but a basic appetizer and 2 vegetarian pastas are $100 with the mandatory 22% tip. no drinks no desserts.
That’s a lot but that’s too much.
