Really more of a 4.5 stars. We came here for restaurant week and had a great time, service was really good and the drinks were affordable. The food was pretty good but my Rigatoni was salty and the New York steak under seasoned but perfectly cooked, all other side dishes were really good especially the focaccia, saulmi board and gnocchi fritto.Def would come again and give another chance.

Good food, great happy hour. Note that the POS system does not give happy hour discounts on bottles of wine, so you have to notice and ask for the happy hour price. Theres a mandatory 22% (!!!!!!!!!) tip, and the service is mediocre. It wasn’t very busy when we were there so there’s no reason for that. 22% is ridiculously high

The drinks were really good and the service was attentive and friendly. We had apps and pasta from the happy hour menu and they were tasty. We got 2 drinks, 2 apps, and 2 pasta dishes. Including the 22% forced gratuity, the bill was about $100. So the value, from the 4-6 pm happy hour menu, was good.

Really happy stumbled upon this place. To start off with- service and food was excellent! We were a party of 3. We all ordered food and shared it! Portions are decent however little expensive from other restaurants I have been to that serve similar food.Their gnocchi by far is the best I have ever had in my life thus far! So different and unique.Things I wouldn’t order is the red marble potatoes- not much flavor and the potatoes were semi raw. Burrata although was delicious, very expensive for the portion size.

Mondays and Tuesdays they currently have a great deal of $45 for 2 pasta dishes + 1 wine pairing. Value is really good and the food is delicious! We had the ravioli and the gnocchi potato. Ravioli was really good, the hazelnuts giving it a special flavor. The gnocchi was very cheesy and it wasn’t really for my taste.Keep in mind the restaurant charges a 22% sit down dining “tip” / fee.

This would've been a 5 star review... until I got the check. I guess they add a 22% "service charge" to all checks. The company retains it, and the wait staff gets an hourly wage. You can call me a bit old school if you want to, but I'm in the industry. I prefer to tip more than 22% and I prefer that goes directly to my server. This policy is NOT appreciated. Especially because no one informed me of this service charge. There was no sign on the door. My server did not tell me. I was not made aware. After looking back at pictures of their menu online, it does have it in small print at the bottom of the menu. Here's the deal with that, though... many of us don't actually look at the physical menu anymore. We look at Google. It might have been ok otherwise. But they didn't let me know I'd be paying for more than what I ordered up front. It was a wonderful meal. The check ruined it. But, again, it wouldn't have if I'd known. It needs to be more clear.

This was the closest thing I’ve had to a religious experience in years. If I died and heaven were real, I’d imagine everyone eating the focaccia at Tavolàta before digging into some carbonara. The texture of the noodles? The lord’s work. Sauce? Angels singing to the taste buds. The service here was also incredible and we had a fantastic celebratory evening.?

The 2 pastas and wine is a great deal. Both pastas we have all have great flavors. The house made limoncello reminds us what we had in Italy. The cheesecake also tastes delicious with the appy, cranberry, and honey ingredients. The staff are pretty cool.

Went in for the Valentine’s day dinner. The food was extremely overpriced and tasteless. I knew from the start that the whole course will be disastrous when they first served the cold butternut squash soup which solidified that people had to use forks to scrape off because they did not give us a spoon. Pasta lacked taste, lamb overpowering everything and uni cream had neither uni nor cream flavor. The braised beef rib was too tough, again lacking any taste. The risotto was acceptable. They added 22% + 4% hidden fee on the bill. Overall felt like I was getting scammed by yet another greedy corporation. Will never return to any of the ESR restaurant.

Atmosphere is great, but the food was overpriced and disappointing in flavor. Service charge of 22% for every dine in order was a bit of a surprise.

Travolata was so great and delicious!! We have been looking for an Italian place that had primarily pasta options in Seattle and wasn't overly fancy. The noodles are thick and you can tell they're homemade. I loved all the different noodle type options. The sauce had an amazing and unique flavor profile as well. This place is such a great date night spot with an ice cream place across the corner (Salt and Straw) for dessert! Parking was an issue. We had to circle around a few times to find a spot, but overall vibes were good and food was amazing!Parking: There is street parking that is pretty full most of the time. It is pay-to-park but free on Sundays. I believe there is also a garage that can be paid for nearby but we didn't park there.
