Brought my first date to Tavalota Fremont and somehow the universe sent us Jimmy. The man’s a legend. He didn’t just take care of us, he curated the whole experience. We've lived close to Tavolata for a while but never got around to trying it out. They used to run a deal - $45 for two pasta dishes and a bottle of wine. I checked online to make sure they were still doing it and the AI overview assured me they were, which I stupidly trusted and didn't look further. Freshly made pasta that's delicious and good service. A bit more expensive but good better than many places. (Try happy hour menu for small discounts) Sterile atmosphere (concrete floor).
