My English muffin looked nothing like the picture. It was as thin as a pancake—maybe thinner—and completely flat, like it had failed to rise. The entire thing was smothered in burnt butter (not brown butter, actually burnt), and inside was an extremely dry sausage patty and an overcooked egg that were also covered in burnt butter and grease. I’m extremely disappointed with my breakfast sandwich this morning. I’m honestly ashamed they even sent this out. If they don’t have the appropriate cooks to prepare certain items properly, they shouldn’t be selling them.

I ordered 5 pastries and a hot drink. I get all the way home only to realize that I was missing 1 pastry. I should've checked my order at that moment. I tried to call the business, no phone number. No way to contact them. Back in the car I went. Told the employee what happened, was given my pastry, she confirmed no phone number and I left. No apologies either. Likely will not be back. The drink was nothing special. Decent pastries but the lack of parking is not worth it. Check out reckless noodles across the street. They're delicious.

Beautifully prepared and delicious food. Stopped by this morning to load up on pastries for family that was visiting, got a few tea cakes and donuts some savory treats like the gruyere and shallots croissants and tried some new things with the miso caramel cookie. Everything that we got was flavorful and well-cooked. The lobby is bright and open and I love all of the different plants. When I went the line was wrapped out the door and I was concerned it would take forever but staff had things moving quickly and smoothly without making me feel rushed. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Shout-out to the packaging! Visited again today and I was walking. I was worried my tart would be squished or flattened on my journey but it was packed into its own box and placed gently on the top corner. Perfectly intact when I got home 20 minutes later! And delicious!!

Café definitely has a nice atmosphere - bright, modern, and welcoming when you first walk in. The pastry display is beautiful and presented nicely, which is probably part of the appeal.
Tried a few times - dine-in and others takeouts. We got different croissants and pastries, tea and latte. The croissant was good - flaky and buttery, but not quite as fresh or flavorful as I expected for the price.
The chai and latte, unfortunately both, came out lukewarm and a little bland, which was disappointing since I’d heard the coffee here was great.
The staff were friendly enough, but service felt a bit unorganized and slow, even though it wasn’t super busy. Many tables were dirty and not wiped after previous customers. I get that things can get hectic during the morning rush but in the afternoon, it didn’t feel very efficient.
Overall, it’s a cute spot to meet a friend or grab a quick bite if you’re nearby, but I probably wouldn’t make a special trip for it again.
