I was reluctant to go here because of the negative reviews about one of the employees but I have it a try and I’m glad I did. I went on a Saturday around 11:00. There was a lady and a guy working. They were both very friendly. The guy was my server and he was great!! I ordered the special and they even accommodated my subscription!! The food was so good and the coffee was delicious as well! I’ll be back. The only negative feedback I have is that they need to improve the ac situation because it was way too hot to sit inside today!

Walked over with my dogs for breakfast. Server was very nice, even offered us some dog treats at the end. Food and coffee were great! Will definitely be back. There were a couple of water bowls for dogs out by the trees, but we always bring our own.

I've been coming here for many years. It is the quintessential special neighborhood spot. The owner, Linda, is amazing and puts lots of love into the food. My favs are the delicious panini sandwiches, chicken curry salad, potato salad, coleslaw, and a real fruit cup that is actually worth eating. The homemade cream of mushroom soup is the chef's kiss Highly recommended! PS the prices are on the higher side, but I love supporting a local small business like Tenth West ❤️

The place is an easy eat if you are close by, but if you aren't close by I would suggest finding somewhere else to eat. I noticed as my boyfriend and I walked in the lady that was at front was not welcoming. We did notice she was nicer and more attentive to the white people that were there and not us. It took a while for our menus to be given to us and our order to be taken aswell as paying for our bill. So keep in mind if u are not white lol. The food was fine but it's definitely something you can make from home

While the chef is amazing, I get the impression the server has been soured by how the IT industry has changed the city over the years. Watch out what you say and what backpack you are wearing, if it is known you work for the big IT players you will get subpar service. If you are there during working hours, I have unsubstantiated suspicions it is taken even further.
