The meat was like leather. The customer service horrific…the man at the front so very rude. And the restaurant is filthy. I said I would pay extra to cook the meat medium rare. He said ok last night. I brought it home and I couldn’t even chew the meat. I phoned them today just to say if you can please just replace the meat I am good and I’ll even pay extra. He came unglued and told me to bring the food back and I would get a refund. They said it is illegal to cook medium rare meat all the while they have a filthy restaurant that is why I get the food to go. I never wanted a refund. Only to remedy the meat. They said a refund will take 5 days. I am leaving in tears. This could have gone so differently. I will never go back.

Super slow service because there is only one waiter and couple of chefs. We noticed that the take home orders were being prepared first. They should take care of the clients who comes to their restaurant. Not recommending to eat there. You might as well order your food for pick up.

I love this place. Do not order online. I specifically asked for no bell peppers as they are bad for me. In person, always no bell pepper. Online delivery, full of bell peppers despite special request of none.. BAD for my tummy. Also ask for fresh tofu, What I received chews like leather. In person 5 stars. Delivery, zero. Sad, cause love this place

It took a long time to get seated, despite the available tables. After we were seated, it took a long time to even get water. This was similar to previous reviews. There was only one waiter at dinner time on Friday night, which seemed to be the cause of the slow service.
The ham and cheese spring roll was interesting. The Thai Fusion Orange Chicken was good as was the scallop green curry. My kid said, unprompted, "the pineapple is tasteless" about the Pineapple Fried Rice. I tried it and she was right! The food wasn't overly fast or slow (previous reviews said it was too fast).
To the owner, if you want better reviews, please have more staff and check the quality of your ingredients. And probably have a more friendly sign at the front.

We are a late lunch so the place was empty. Crispy Garlic Chicken had a very good flavor a few pieces were over cooked, Combo Panang Chickn Curry and Pad Thai was very flavorful. 1 entree could be shared as it comes with rice and soup. Server was very friendly and attentive. **** stars are 1-4. We ordered 1 and could have ordered 2.
Food was amazing from Texas and will definitely be trying more food like this back home hopefully!!!!!!

It’s taken some time for me to write this because I needed to process what happened to me when I walked in this location on August 5th. I walked in a a little over a half hour before closing time. When I walked in I asked the worker (an older Asian man), if they were closed. He told me no, but they’re only doing TO-GO orders. It made sense to me, and I wasn’t planning on ordering food anyway. I wanted to order a tequila pineapple and sit for a second. Maybe 10 minutes after me, CLOSER TO CLOSING TIME, three people walk in. I repeat 3 PEOPLE. They were all white or asian. They were promptly seated and served 3 DISHES!!! Not TO-GO but inside the restaurant. I realized what was happening so when I got ready to leave I confronted the worker in a calm manner. I asked him, “Didn’t you just tell me that you were only doing To-Go but these people came in later than me and all ordered and are eating??” He tried to tell me I told him I wanted To Go which I had to correct him and say “No… YOU told me that”. He then tells me …. “If you want to order now, you can”. I definitely got frustrated and said “No I will not order now, you are racist and rude”. I walked out of the restaurant (I did pay for my drink before I confronted him). I am a Black woman in my early 20’s, and I have been supporting Thai Bistro (in multiple locations) for a long time. Thai is my favorite food. It was a shame to experience this.

The restaurant was empty and I asked him if I could sit near the entrance and he made a big deal out of it. I had my golf clubs in the car and I wanted to make sure I could be seated near the window to see them. Terrible customer service! Train people
