The food is decent, but the management and service are unacceptable. The manager was rude, hostile, and showed no respect or basic communication skills. One of the service staff also behaved unprofessionally and did not care about customer experience. This place clearly has a management problem. No matter how good the food is, being treated poorly ruins the entire experience. I would not return unless management and service are completely improved

Very bad service for mediocre food that’s had zero presentation they just throw it in the container and multiple times they’ve not had utensils and wanted to charge me 13 bucks for a like a little curry like a dipping sauce amount after I spent 50 bucks on food …. Never again

They have roaches and when I brought it up the waitress who was male threw my cash and cent change directly at my face they then proceeded to call the police and I had to wait for them to get there just for them to issue me a refund no charges filed!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is not what I thought it was. This place has horrible customer service. The food is decent. My experience at this place is Thumbs down I seen the Cook drop a spoon and still serve it to a couple that was sitting there. Also while I was sitting there waiting, I seen the Cook pick his nose with no gloves on and went right back to working. I do not recommend this place for any person that wants a great experience in good food.

Went to Thai Fusion Bistro for the first time. Their Beef Pad See Eeww (ordered with extra vegetables) was very delicious and their Blanket Prawns was a great side dish - perfect for small bites!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!

I highly recommend the Pad Woonsen, super fresh and tasty.
The meat was like leather. The customer service horrific…the man at the front so very rude. And the restaurant is filthy. I said I would pay extra to cook the meat medium rare. He said ok last night. I brought it home and I couldn’t even chew the meat. I phoned them today just to say if you can please just replace the meat I am good and I’ll even pay extra. He came unglued and told me to bring the food back and I would get a refund. They said it is illegal to cook medium rare meat all the while they have a filthy restaurant that is why I get the food to go. I never wanted a refund. Only to remedy the meat. They said a refund will take 5 days. I am leaving in tears. This could have gone so differently. I will never go back.

Super slow service because there is only one waiter and couple of chefs. We noticed that the take home orders were being prepared first. They should take care of the clients who comes to their restaurant. Not recommending to eat there. You might as well order your food for pick up.
