Amazing food and atmosphere! We went for lunch so it was quiet and there was quick service. We ordered a variety of food including Pad Thai, Orange Chicken, and Crab Fried Rice, as well as coconut water to drink, all of which were great. Highly highly recommend.
I am very picky about Pad Thai. After 10 years of living in Seattle, I’ve finally found my go-to spot for when the inevitable craving hits 🙏🏼 I love that the sauce leans tangy, which I believe to be more authentic, but don’t quote me. Decent coating of it too, sometimes there’s barely any residual sauce on the noodle itself and it’s more “dry”. Sometimes too much sauce, like that one place by the QFC on Mercer. This was perfect. Yummy! The food was delicious! I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to Asian food, especially Thai. Thai Fusion honestly never disappoints. I’ve tried almost six different dishes here, and I hope to try even more.
The service is great too. The staff are very friendly, thoughtful, and on it. Plus, the portion sizes are very generous, especially considering Seattle prices. It’s rare to be full for around $15 at a dine-in restaurant in Seattle.
