The food is great for both dine in and takeout. We eat here at least once a month. Crack chicken, crab wontons, and pad see ew are all great. The staff is super friendly and genuinely cares.

Food was absolutely delicious and the waitress was so so sweet. My family and I loved everything about this place! We got the papaya salad, sweet and sour chicken, pad Thai and ramen noodle dishes and each one was very very good.

This place is amazing! Really nice server and worked hard, gave us extra chocolates at the end :) food was amazing, atmosphere was calming and really underrated, the owner was alone today and worked really hard, it was clean, kind, and a wonderful experience! Definitely my new favorite restaurant 😋
After dining here for 5 years, unfortunately I had my first unsatisfied meal. My Pad Thai was extremely dry, when I asked for extra sauce (normally, I receive extra sauce). As well, my portion was half the size that I usually receive. I would have preferred to have skipped this meal completely.

We went to Thai On 1 in Seattle to celebrate a family birthday, and it ended up being such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the service stood out. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always there right when we needed something without ever feeling rushed. It really felt like they cared about making sure we had a great time.
The food was just as impressive. The highlight for us was definitely the Pad Thai chicken. We ordered it two stars spicy, and it was packed with so much flavor—perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. It honestly might be the best Pad Thai I’ve had in Seattle. We also tried the mango sticky rice, and it was amazing too. The mango was fresh and sweet, and paired with the warm sticky rice, it was the perfect way to end the meal.
Overall, the combination of excellent service and truly delicious food made the night special. Thai On 1 is without a doubt a hidden gem in Seattle, and we’ll definitely be coming back.
