Nancy and her staff at Thai Siam are terrific! We've always gotten fantastic service and the food always more than satisfies. We want to express special appreciation for their annual gift of food for our church's annual missions conference. I know I speak for many in Seattle who are thrilled that Thai Siam remains in Ballard to feed our hunger for the best Thai food around. Legendary business!

The food is wonderful and the service is very warm and friendly.
The decor is a little older, but very cozy. They have their own parking lot, which I appreciate, especially on a rainy day.

Great food for 20 years!!! Service is good mostly leaves you to enjoy yourself or company. Timely and very polite when they appear. There’s a reason I and many keep coming back but we’ve hid this place too long time to share post pandemic. Dinner entree and drink… less the. $25 crazy.
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating.

It has been a while since we have been here and has gone downhill. Mediocre at best and with so many good Thai food options in the area, will skip it next time.
👎 Prices are high and when they bring your dish, they make it look larger by putting it on a bed of lettuce (we did not order salads).
👎 They charge for rice, which does not come with dishes.
👎The tea service is just a bag of tea (not brewed) and overpriced.
👉I was told the garlic chicken did taste good, but my eggplant was mediocre and up-charge to add tofu.
👍 Service was the best part, our server was responsive and nice.
👍 Small parking lot available.
👉1-4 rating for heat. We went 2, but it was too mild for me. But they did bring various sides of chillis when requested.

Some of the best Tom yum in the city. They aren’t afraid to make it actually spicy.

Been going here for 20+ years. Service is always friendly and the food is good. Sometimes the spice levels are inconsistent, but you can grab a container of extra spice to add if you need it.
Parking lot is a little bit of a tight squeeze, but street parking is generally good.
Dine in and take out are both great.
They raise money for charity every year, so go support them by having a tasty meal.
Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly but there aren't generally a lot of kids here.
