Some of the best Thai food in Seattle! My go-to order is the corn fritters, and either red curry or Pad Thai. The staff are always kind and the food is DELICIOUS! I was sad when they were temporarily closed some time ago around the height of the pandemic. Glad to see them open for business.

I have been going to Thaiger room since 2007. They are literally my favorite Thai place in all of Seattle. It's down-to-earth solid Thai food. Their Panang Curry is my favorite ever (as long as it's not watered down too much). But the flavor is amazing. I live in Olympia now, but if I pop by Seattle, I always try to make a stop. If I ever eat in (usually to go) I'll try & snag pictures & update the review.

Pad see-ew was delicious! Came in a cute dish. Meat to noodle portion was fine. They require vaxx cards or proof of vaccination which is nice. Heads up they did move locations, only a block away though!

It is a must go place for any visitors or students near UW. I occasionally went here for pad see yu. But other food is also great.

The relocation has definitely been a bit confusing, but honestly, the wares and environment has improved since combining with Kai's Bar. The Pad Thai is as dependable as ever, and I was worried that there would be changed in management or chef's taste after the change, but my taste buds are still happy. The plating is gorgeous and seasonings are en pointe. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to wholly enjoy the taste of Thai Iced Tea, but he likes it so I've sampled quite a few at this point. Good sweetness level here because other places get it a little overboard sometimes. Good service and friendly no-frills people! Fair prices for the Ave, nothing too special there.

No other Thai place compares. They've been shut down recently with electrical issues and my tummy has been CRAVING their uniquely delicious Pad Thai.

This is the best Thai food on the Ave by far, they have great portions and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excellent Thai food! The place isn't much when you go inside - it is small and crowded and tight. There isn't much lighting either inside, so it doe set a bit of a lower tone. We were a little towards the closing time, but they were friendly and allowed us to dine in. They were just doing last-call, so we ordered quickly but had no issues. Anything they lack in pop and show is very quickly made up for in the quality and taste of the food. The service is quick and prompt, and there were no issues with that. We had a lot of questions about the variety of items they offered on the menu. They explained it all really well and even gave genuine suggestions. The food came quickly, was fresh, and plated well. The Thai-Ger Wings were crispy, meaty, and had a decent number of veggies in there. Three wings were battered in all-purpose flour and deep-fried with peas and carrots. They were a meaty 4/5 I had tried the Pad Thai and the Cashew Nut with Chicken. The Pad Thai was pretty average. The noodles were cooked well with enough vegetables, but they didn't taste good. There was a lot of oil in everything, and I could only taste that really. It wasn't a great thing to have, and I particularly didn't enjoy it. I would have to give it a reaching 3/5. I hope it was a one-off as the other things in the restaurant did taste really good. The Cashew Nut with Chicken was good. The rice was good, and the chicken was well fried too. There was enough authentic flavor, and chicken pieces with the cashews added the perfect crunch to it. It was splendid. An easy 5/5. Food: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Overall: 4/5

Whenever I crave Thai food, I visit Thaiger Room for their delicious Drunken Noodles. The sweet and savory dish always leaves me craving for more! Their portions are pretty large and leaves me pretty full at the end. The shrimp pops in my mouth and goes so well with the dish so I always add them for extra charge. The Thai iced tea is also something you can't go without!

Generally the curry is good. But it does not have too many chicken.. and the coffee tastes like mostly syrup..

Throughout my four years of living in the U-District, Thaiger Room was by far my favorite place to eat. I've probably spent thousands there over the years! This is by far the best thai food in the U-District as well as the best I've had. Their pad see ew and fried rice is incomparable to anything i've had before! The staff is very friendly as well, going there is one of the top things I miss about living in the area.
