Solid breakfast with option for pizza or a bar vibe in the back.
I recommend for GF/DF folks getting the steak or a regular breakfast, veggies, tater tots, or hashbrowns without butter, milk, or cheese/gravy. The fries have a coating. The fryer is shared I believe, so avoid if you are celiac.

A comfortable and relaxed setting where the food feels homemade but elevated in quality.

Ordered the 10 oz ribeye hard sear blue rare.
It was done perfectly! One of the few places that I have been to knows how to do a blue rare ribeye! Thank you so much, it was deliciously perfect. I'll be back again!
Solid Diner and Bar. Combined with Big Marios to share bathroom, bar, and outdoor space. If I have anything to complain about, the Skee-Ball is too close to the left hand wall, crowding my stroke just a bit.
If you get the Pot Roast, do youraelf a favor and share it, or take some home. That meal is too big for a normal human to have in one sitting.
Ditto the Rigatoni w/ Bolognese.
Their shared bar is not what I'd call a craft cocktail place, but the bar back is impressive, and the staff definitely have skills. A significant dmcut above what I'd call.mixed drinks (Rum & Coke vs. Trader Vic's Mai Tai... IYKYK).
Most expensive big Mario's ever, pizza was pretty bad

Tasty! Love the vegetarian options!
Ordered a breakfast sandwich, got nothing but bread and lettuce. My dog won't even eat it.
The food was so good and you have to get the fries!! First time eating fries without ketchup!!!
The waitstaff are really personable and efficient. I can’t say enough good things as to the authenticity of their conversation with customers. I really noticed it’s almost like a fine art because they balance every day chitchat in a professional way that doesn’t feel fake like the typical “Hi, how are you” that really doesn’t mean anything and is very common in America.
The menu have a diversity of choices, yet isn’t overwhelming.
I’m especially impressed with the chicken tenders. I never order chicken and I rarely cook chicken because I don’t care for dry meat. I always brine my meat if I cook it, but here I actually really loved chicken tenders so that was particularly exciting.
Well done, Alpine Diner! Each time I’ve come in you’ve made me feel important while respecting my space to enjoy my dining experience.
Typical diner and fare with a quaint front, and a bar in the back room.
Food was good with lots of choices. A little high on the price side, but not too bad.
Kid-friendliness: Not!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really.
