My son and I walked into the Seattle Design Center and it was very unclear as to where the Atrium Cafe was. The gal at the reception desk wasn't sure they were even open and the confusedly said they should be open.We walked to an open area in the middle of the building and did see a sign. No one was at any of the tables and there was no one to greet us. We took a table and waited.... and waited..... and waited.I finally called the number for the Cafe thar I found on Google (there was no contact information any where in the seating area, not to mention any menus). Some catering place answered and responded affirmatively when I asked if this was the Atrium Cafe.I confusedly asked if we were in the right place and that no one was here. After confirming that we were in the correct location, the person on the phone said "they're running around" and that someone would be there shortly. After another 9 minutes of still no one coming, my son and I left. If it took that long to not even have a menu to look at or order from, I can only imagine how long it would have taken to get food.Sadly, we won't ever be going back there during my work day.

The food was good for the most part, but the chicken on my salad had no seasoning or flavor just plain cold chicken breast. I paid for extra dressing did not receive. My soup was delicious but barely half full. That was really disappointing, considering a cup of soup is $4 and I barely got half a cup. Overall not that impressed probably wouldn't order from here again
Delicious food in a gorgeous setting, right in the atrium of the Seattle Design Center. The menu had some enticing options from salads to rich sandwiches and more. Staff were friendly and professional. I will be back!
This was an awesome surprise at the Seattle Design Center. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and awesome chocolate cake for dessert. Great service and overall experience.
Food and service are both very good. Heard nothing but great reviews on the food from others, also.
Great food and service, thank you Maia!
This place. I can’t even.
Lovely upscale lunch spot in the heart of Georgetown. Highly recommend the chicken pomodoro panini and chocolate cake for dessert. You will need a to go box and forks enough for your entire table if you order the chocolate cake. It is heavenly and HUGE.Also, Maya, the hostess/server is a real gem. Great service, attention, and cheerful smile always.
Check out the artwork on the different floors

Leaving through the west entrance, pull handles on the push door. Textbook design fail :)
