Good ambience but the food and cocktail drinks were bad (maybe their whiskey section is better as they specialize in that) and super expensive. Small portion size and not worth it at all. They also add 20% service charge even though it was just the two of us and don't clarify it in tip section.

Nos choix étaient très réussis, la planche charcuterie /fromage très bonne et assez « traditionnelle » pour convenir à nos goûts français. La terrasse ombragée en bordure de rue est très sympa et le l’ambiance à l’intérieur vraiment cosy. Serveur sympa et disponible.

Hidden 20% service charge they claim goes to paying livable wages. Put out the door prices on your menu and stop stealing what most people would have placed as a tip.

Go to Ballard Cut instead. We were auto-charged 20% service fee ($48) for two people drinking two nice whiskies in 45 mins. I’ll happily tip good service. But $48 auto-gratuity to bring out two pours each in under an hour is insane. Didn’t order food. Was empty at 6pm and the bar staff were just staring at us.

My husband and I went for a couple of cocktails on a Saturday earlier in the evening. It was busy but not BUSY. Our server was friendly but slow, it took a moment to have them come over to take our order. Even longer to get our drinks, we had to wait awhile after to ask for our check. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity, which is frustrating. We didn’t feel our serve reflected a 20% tip since they were attentive. We were hoping to add this to our roster of places we go to in our neighborhood but we won’t be going back.

Went here during happy hour. Got their happy hour Manhattan and the warm toddy for the drink..which were great. Got fried broccoli and hummus plate..both were good. Nice ambience.
