I met some friends for brunch on a Sunday. I made a reservation for us, but I don't think we needed it. There were plenty of tables. The service was attentive, efficient and friendly. The food was mostly good. The huevos rancheros could have used a little more seasoning and maybe heat (as in spice). The Bloody Mary was also a little lacking. It seemed a little thin and flavorless. I added hot sauce to it. The atmosphere is lively, even if the dining room wasn't crowded. I would go again.
Love the cozy atmosphere, but the food was lackluster and not worth the $150 for two that we spent.
I got the chix sandwich and it was raw in the middle. We let the staff know and they said they'd check with the owner what they could do to make it right. They came back and offered to give us a 50% discount on our food (not drinks which we only have one each). Where I appreciate the offer for the discount we'd only eaten a small portion of our dinners and couldn't eat any more as we'd lost our appetites. I would have expected more for such a bad experience. The owner put their staff in a compromising position and stuck us with a bill for food we couldn't eat. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place.
Arrived to an empty restaurant, which gave me pause, but it was a Sunday evening with the first rain of the late summer perhaps limiting any walk-in customers. Once inside though we were greeted immediately and proceeded to have a great dinner experience. Service was great, the food was delicious, and plan to return again soon.
I was the only black person here and it'll the atmosphere was weird. I was ignored my majority of the time. A man helped me although a woman introduced herself as my waitress. Don't waste your time. Disappointed.
I frequent The Blue Glass, it's always been a neighborhood favorite of mine. Last night the food was as good as it always is, and while the service was friendly, there were a couple of mistakes. First- we were charged for an appetizer we did not order/eat. Okay, they took it off our bill and we thought that was that. My friend and I asked them to split the bill. Upon signing our receipts we noticed that they ran the same card twice. At that point I was a little annoyed. Will this stop me from going back- no....will it make me triple check my bill and receipt- absolutely!
Wonderful experience!

The overall experience was OK. We were the only people in the restaurant when we arrived and I thought that this was a pretty popular place so that gave us a little bit of a signal that we we didn't know what we had signed up for the food was fine not remarkable. I did like that. The Benedict had a homemade sweet potato muffin. That was nice. The hollandaise did not taste like it was from scratch, but I mean it's adequate. It's fine. It's a three star overall.
On a hot July day, the wait staff offered smiles, great service and served the most delicious ahi sandwich, graciousness, friendliness and professionalism. My two friends and I loved our meal and dinning experience.
The food is amazing. I had the short ribs, they melt in your mouth.

We had a late dinner here early in the week which was great! Ceasar Salads were awesome with the chicken thighs added. We came back for brunch on Sunday because we read rave reviews. I had the Florentine Benedict; my son had the Huevos Rancheros and my husband and the Shrimp and Grits! All was awesome! Their hollandaise sauce is awesome, not too rich! I highly recommend them.
Really good food, loved the eggs benedick today for brunch. Really nice wait staff as well. Thank ypu.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited for over an hour to be told the kitchen lost our ticket. When the food was finally brought out, one of our dishes was missing a key ingredient. We were told the kitchen had run out and they subbed in what they had. This was not explained to us until the food was brought out. We were also told there was no manager on site to speak to. Go at your own risk.
They claim to have the best hollandaise in Seattle a bold statement and they don’t disappoint. Best in Seattle? You should try it and make your own decision.
The homemade sweet potato English muffins made me skeptical but they were delicious and a solid base. Eggs cooked to perfection. A pleasant surprise was the breakfast potato’s were not only delicious but were crispy! I got a side of hollandaise to dip the potatoes into.
I had the Dungeness crab and while good it wasn’t 5/5 would order again. I can’t help but feel that if they had a smoked ham (not tenderloin) it could be the best in Seattle.
Service was good but not very attentive so I didn’t get salt and pepper but ehh. Overall I would go again.

Great neighborhood place. The salads & brussel sprouts are the best. The desserts are always really good and the wine by the glass choices are solid.
