This is a beautiful restaurant. The upstairs is a bit more casual while the downstairs is more elevated and comprised of various rooms/zones with slightly different decor. All stylish.
Our server was attentive and helpful. He also seemed to be proud of the food, which I like to see.
We ordered all of the mocktails and they were all delicious. Well made. We also ordered a lot of food. Everything was fantastic. We had the ultra flight with additional rib cap. Excellent quality of meat, and precisely cooked. As for other dishes, standouts were beef fat fries, nectarine salad, smoked bone marrow, beef fat brioche, and the mac & cheese. Just really fantastic.
I can see myself returning here the next time I'm in Seattle.

Great experience. We started with some brioche and the sweet chicory salad. They were both good, but the brioche was a touch dry, plus it came with only a smidge of butter, and the salad was a bit too saucy; although flavorwise they were great. We had the 16-oz ultra flight of steak with ribeye, NY strip, zabuton, and fillet mignon. They were all cooked to order except for the NY strip which came rare instead of medium rare; nevertheless, they were all absolutely delicious. We had the crushed potatoes as a side, but they were quite underwhelming. We also shared half a bottle of red wine, and a complimentary chocolate and berry cake slice, which were both pretty good.
The service was very attentive, professional and amiable. The downstairs atmosphere is elegant but demure. We spent $300 for 2 people after tax before tip.

Food was great, but an 80 steak shouldn’t be medium-well when I asked for Rare… all steaks are over cooked

Great setting, fantastic service, and an overall well executed fine dining experience. Vast wine list catering to even the most sophisticated palate. Our favorites included the steak tartare, beef fat fries, and a perfectly cooked steak tasting flight.

Service was fantastic. We came early, ate upstairs, and were VERY happy to have come here - steak fat fries were super crispy (a surprising delight), heirloom tomato salad was delish, and the beef flight was amazing. Marrow bones were fantastic - as was desert.

First time here. Limited menu. Ordered the 16 ounce ultra flight. I was disappointed. It was overcooked and way over seasoned. It all blended together.

I ordered the cap of ribeye ultra, steak fries, macaroni and cheese, and potatoes. The steak was very flavorful and tender, like butter. The sides were also well prepared and enjoyable.
The service, however, was disappointing. The waiter often walked away mid-sentence and did not acknowledge if he had heard requests. I understand the pace of a busy dining room, but with a bill over $150 per person including sides and drinks, the service should be attentive and professional.
The food was excellent, but the poor service brought down the experience. We left as soon as we could due to service.

Top! What a great idea to feature a sampler of The meats. We got the ultra option. Sommelier suggested a very good WA Cab. Sides and dessert… meh.. nothing to write home about

Really delicious steak, I think it's seriously over priced as the cheapest steak is 90 USD; but it was really well cooked

The steak was super expensive, but despite having good quality and being cooked well, it was insanely salty, so much so I could barely taste the meat. The half portion of fries had 5 fries in it. Very overpriced for what it is.
