I have had meals at the Carlisle several times. This is the first time I was disappointed in the meal, specifically the Cesar salad was skimpy, and my salmon meal had a very small portion of potatoes and salad. The service was excellent all around. I hoped to have a better experience with the food

If I had to pick a favorite restaurant in Seattle, The Carlile Room would be it. The food is truly impeccable—creative, flavorful, and always beautifully done. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, which makes the experience even better. I actually plan my time in Seattle around their hours—they're closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so be sure to check before you go. It's absolutely worth the effort. A standout every time.
