The Chapel Lounge is the definition of unprofessional and shady business practices. From the moment you walk in, you can sense the lack of organization and respect for customers. The staff is rude, management is completely incompetent, and the way they handle business is beyond questionable.
One of the most frustrating things is how they change drink prices throughout the night with no explanation. You could order the same drink twice and be charged two completely different amounts. When you ask about it, the staff either gives you attitude or a vague excuse that makes no sense.
They have no regard for customer service, overcharge without warning, and seem to make up rules as they go. If you dare to question anything, expect dismissiveness and excuses instead of solutions. It’s clear they care more about squeezing every dollar out of people than providing a decent experience.
Save your time, money, and energy—there are plenty of other places that actually value their customers and operate with integrity. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place sucks. I am sorry but dj was bad, music was bad. Paid $10 entry fee ! What a waste!! I had to escape my friend's party and go and eat hotdogs at caphill. Was better than this place. Full of weird people, too.
BOLLYWOOD RAVE REVIEW DJ/Music: the DJ was low key ATROCIOUS. There was so much potential, but none of the transitions were smooth. He would pick songs and build up to something where you could really jam and dance to, but then drop the slowest beat you've ever heard from a different song? I didn't know every song, but it seems like he played a mix that most people knew at least. But definitely not rave material. And this went on the whole night. Other raves I've been to, the DJ had good control of a lighting scene, but there was none here :( I miss rave LEDs and the whole light show :( No fog either. Drinks: I paid 25 bucks and there were barely any people there.... I didn't get anything bc it felt like I already paid too much for this experience. An appropriate ticket would have been 10 bucks max so I could get a drink. Gender ratio: good balance. Minimal creepy guys. Security was great. Photographers: ok low-key this was bothering me the whole night. There was a GIANT video camera pointed at the dance floor the whole time, and a photographer going around. At least the photographer was a woman, but it still made me try to avoid my face being in photos the whole night. Very uncomfortable experience. Vibe: Extremely mid. There was like one other group who had close to rave like outfits. I mixed up a saree blouse/shorts, glitter and rave makeup. There were tons of cocktail dress types and sweaters being worn. You do you, but it brought down the rave vibe (which wasn't there in the first place with this DJ tbh)
