I personally enjoyed the dish. The pork sliders the Mini ones and of course, I got myself. A plane on New York style cheesecake, amazing, loved it. If you don't like cheesecake this is not your place. If you do you must go and be adventurous try something new

Freezing cold on a rainy Seattle day. Do you want to be cozy and comfortable when you go to Restaurant but here everyone including us was bundled up in jackets and hats even in the restaurant we just were waiting for the food so we can get out into the cold, which was probably warmer than inside the restaurant. Call atmosphere doesn’t help when the food is not piping hot either.

The food is delicious, but the service quality is really disappointing. The waitress had a very bad attitude and made a bad face the whole time. When the steak was being served, she knocked the side fries tube all over the table. She even reached into the plate to clean it, grabbed it with her big hand, and then asked us if we wanted another order. fries. Do you still need to ask this question? You brought it down yourself, and we didn't interfere in the whole process to prevent it from being served.
Oh, the waitress managed to smile slightly in the end! That's when the bill is sent.
All restaurants in Seattle should thank this waiter. We all paid 18% service charge for such poor service. In the next few days, we went to other restaurants and none of them had such bad service. They all charged 25-30% service charge. Otherwise it would be too unfair.

I’ve been a customer of The Cheesecake Factory for almost a decade now. I used to frequent this location often, and while they are often very busy the atmosphere is nice, and customer service is great. They have a very extensive menu which I really like, and something that isn’t very common with most restaurants. Love this place!
Food was good, service efficient but bartender could use improvement as all three of us not happy with cocktails as made.

Girls weekend to see Cyndi Lauper! Awesome food- we each got something different and it was delicious! Service was incredible even though our server was slammed with big parties.

Get it together, CF. I ordered the Asian Chicken Wraps, said it about 3 times, even after the server asked me if I wanted it "dry or sauced" and I clarified "for the Asian Chicken Wraps?" It took them 25 minutes to bring my order out and only after we had walked back to our hotel and I pulled my meal out of the bag did I realize they gave me the Asian Chicken Salad instead. Usually I would have been all whatever, but even THAT order wasn't right. It was literally a box with chicken, lettuce and wonton crackers. They forgot to put everything else on it! Hardly worth the $20 they charged me for it. I get that they were busy, but to mess up an already messed up order is just sad.
