What a treat to have a menu where it’s all gluten free. At first I thought $8 seemed expensive for a chicken thigh, but they are huge! Everything tastes like it is made with care from high quality ingredients. We also enjoyed the crispy potatoes and butter mochi. My husband, who has celiac, was in chicken heaven. A few notes: Definitely pre-order. They seem to be busy from right when they open at 4pm. Also it can be hard to find a parking spot in the area so you will want to allow time for that. This place should have way more buzz, but they must be doing pretty well because the chicken quickly sells out a few hours after they open.Got the thigh, drum and stick, all spicy, plus pickles. All of them were 10 out of 10. Only misses were the hot sauce and banana ketchup. The spicy chicken was hotter than the hot sauce, so definitely more mild.I will be back and bringing friends! Love this place!

More like not enough supply! Get here early if you want a chicken thigh. I was 1st in line and they ran out of thighs 10 minutes after they opened. I got the spicy thigh and a leg and it was the biggest chicken thigh I think I’ve ever eaten. Extremely crunchy chicken and great flavor. Monggo Beans and rice were awesome. The Sweet Onion Hot Sauce is a MUST TRY. Not hot really but an awesome flavor and sauce for the chicken. Total seen here with drink came out to about $29 I think, and definitely had leftovers.

Delicious juicy and crispy! The thighs are so good!!
Quite good fried chicken but this is Phillipino fried chicken so it does have a different flavor than you'd probably expect for fried chicken in America. Crisp and juice. Not dry. Sides were all quite odd and weren't my favorite. Fun to try but wasn't my thing so probably won't go back.

With high confidence I can tell you that this place has the best fried chicken in all of King County and most likely all of Washington state.Unfortunately the music they play is hot garbage and they like to blast it so make sure you bring ear plugs.

The Chicken Supply does deliver the goods. Crispy ouside, ✔️, juicy inside, ✔️, flavorful taste, absolutely yes. I ordered wings and a spicy thigh. The rice flour works well, keeping the juices inside. Bonus points for being gluten free.Their crispy potatoes could have used a little more crisp but they wete nicely seasoned. The garlic fried rice is about the best I have tasted, especially for a fried chicken place.. The rice and beans were equally delicious.One of the best fried chicken restaurants in Seattle.
