Probably the best bakery in the Seattle area, they just need more consistency in their baked goods. I've gotten stale or browned pastries before. I enjoy the seasonal rotation of real french pastries- the giant pumpkin macaron was amazing. The macaron itself stuck to the serving paper and split in half. They need better to-go packaging. Hopefully they release a fluffy cinnamon roll with cream soon (hint hint).
Charming bakery, exterior and interior design were lovely and took me back to both Paris and London. Selection is not large, mainly croissants, and it is hard to see what is available when waiting in the long line, so a quick decision is necessary when you arrive at the register, on time for questions, as the line looms behind with hungry patrons.
