They serve cold, dry, undercooked, fries with a whole bunch of sauce and 5 shrimps. No cheese no dipping sauce. Like it looks good but the execution is just sorry.

Will be completely honest in saying that I wish the container was bigger for the price. HOWEVER, these fries were the truth!!! The gochuchang fries were sooo flavorful. The chicken was nice and tender and the sauce definitely delivered! The surf and turf fries were really great too. I loved the sauce and the quality of the meat and shrimp. The portions are great for a snack or a full meal if you've got a smaller stomach. It didn't take too long after ordering and the guy was super nice! Would definitely come through again.

We got the Cajun and the Garlic Parmesan fries. They were both out of this world!I could eat the sauce on the Cajun fries by itself You definitely won't regret coming to The Fry Guys!

fries were great!! Ordered the Buffalo ranch fries and the chicken and shrimp fries. Neither disappointed but exceeded expectations. We have tried these from other vendors, in Cali and these are the best we've had to date for loaded fries. Definitely recommend. If you're stopping by for pick up or to eat in, it is located within the restaurant. Keep doing your thing Fry Guys!

OMG!! I ordered the Cajun chicken and shrimp fries from here and it was the most SALTY food I ever ate. It was like he dump salt all over this. Such a bad experience!! The order was placed on August 6th on Yelp and charged on my card on August 9th (see photo). I Just have not reviewed it yet until now. It's not that I want to hate you guys I just had a bad first experience. I ordered your food because it looked great on Yelp! As you can see from my reviews I only write reviews for really bad experiences I have had. I would greatly be welcomed to replacement of this and have it as I think it will taste. They moved locations and opened today. Their address wasn't yet updated on the delivery apps so I had a lot of problems getting a driver to pick up the food but the employee at Fry Guys called me every 30 minutes to update me and make sure I would get my order and even remade it without me asking so it would be fresh. The food itself is amazing but the customer service is unbeatable!
Absolutely the best loaded fries anyone can try!!! I hope these guys can hit the ground running now that covid is slowly coming to an end it’s a hard location to find but once you do it’s oh so worth it

I finally got to try this place and it was good. It definitely is the best loaded fry place I've been to here. The meats and fish are seasoned very well. Great flavors. I'm not sure if the parm sauce is my favorite, but it's not bad. This place is significantly better than that terrible man vs fries place. If you're looking for some fancy fries come here and give them a try. I kinda wish they had a larger size for a higher price because I got the $18 surf and turf and I was definitely still hungry after which is a bummer if you've just spent $18. Anyway, if you're curious I say go for it.

Surf and turf fries $18.00 6.5/10 My friend sent me a tiktok with these delicious looking fries and of course we had to try it out! The day that video got a lot of views was the day we went and they were COMPLETELY sold out.... so we attempted to go again a few days later and it was pretty good! The fries weren't that crunchy and more on the soggy side but the shrimp and cheese sauce with it tasted good! The beef was a bit too dry and hard to eat. A good snack to eat with some beer!
