The ravioli was absolutely delicious! it was perfectly cooked with a rich, flavorful filling that melted in your mouth. The restaurant’s ambiance was elegant and refined, making it an ideal spot for a special night out. Highly recommend!

We went to the George with a reservation and got seated an hour after we checked in on time and being told there was only a 20 minute backup. The Valentines Day course meal that was served felt like a random assortment of dishes that were overall not offputting but was nothing special or memorable. It overall did not work well as a course and it should've been more well thought out given the price tag.

Don’t come here! We wait for more than 30 minutes even we have reservations. But some one can directly been assign table. Why? Awful experience.

The food is so so at best. The service is not on par with its price. We had a birthday dinner and reserved month before and was placed at a very awkward location table. Asked the waiter to change table and he literally just looked over his shoulder for a quick glance and just said no table available.

We even rearranged the dishes and cutlery ourself since the waiter was not doing it.

The renovation of this place is really nice but that’s the only good thing about it.

If you have a special occasion, ‘d be better choosing some other restaurant.

If you love architecture, there's no place better in Seattle. The food is great. The service is pretty dang good, but the building is GIVING.

The service was great, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The environment was also lovely. The food, however, left something to be desired. We tried the devilled eggs and found the flavor combination to be very odd; they tasted like liquid smoke and fish oil. The waitstaff was very kind and offered to take them off of our bill.

I had the steak frites, and while the fries were fine and the steak was tender, the steak was very under-seasoned and bland. I will say that the caramelized onions on my steak were the highlight of the night.

The butternut squash ravioli that my companion had was also very bland, the filling was creamy but everything was under-seasoned.

Great service and atmosphere. The food was a bit bland. Also, there is an apparent difference in the level of skills between chefs depending on the day and times you order your food.

I had dinner here on Christmas Eve, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We only have one option for the course menu at $85 per person, which felt overpriced for what we got. The food was very average—nothing special at all. We waited 30 minutes for the main course, and then another 15 minutes for dessert, which was also underwhelming. To top it off, there was a 20% service charge added, bringing our total to $300 for two people. For that price, we expected much better quality and service. Definitely not worth it—won’t be coming back.

The Fairmont Dining teams never fail to impress:) Having proposed to my fiancé on her birthday December 11th of this last year at a Fairmont, it seemed only fitting we should celebrate her birthday at another! Despite it being a last-minute booking on account of her work schedule changing, the Dining team made her birthday everything she hoped for! From a special dining accommodation to menu modifications just for her, she was absolutely thrilled from start to finish. Our server for the afternoon was wonderfully attentive and the bar tender even came by to ensure the special drinks were to our liking.
Fairmont makes booking events other places just seem silly by comparison; even prior to arrival, they were hard at work moving things around and making calls on my behalf in an effort to make me look as good as possible on her big day. My thanks to Fairmont as a whole and in particular the concierge and dining teams (management, chefs, and waitstaff alike!) at the George. We will definitely be returning:)

After reading articles about this restaurant getting renovated and reviewing menu/pictures, we thought this would be a nice place to eat ahead of going to the symphony this weekend.

Unfortunately, we assumed too much. The atmosphere felt like a food hall, tables were lined up just 12 inches from each other, felt like a speed dating arena where you hear everyone's conversations around you.

The food was fine, although I recommend they throw their focaccia bread in the garbage, way over cooked. The dessert was also disappointing, believe it was sitting in the cooler for days, pre-sliced (chocolate grenache cake).

I recommend you go to any other restaurant within one block for the money and quality.
