Food is great, didn't realize how much food was included so we couldn't try more fish 5 or 6 types of the 16. However, very expensive for my budget. $250 ish for 2 of us. Good experience though.

The foods were not great. They only had 1 guy who brought the foods & 1 guy who brought the drinks. It took forever. The foods were mostly raw & salty. Very disappointed

The selection of meat was good and came by in good intervals. The best I felt were the Parmesan Pork Loin, Peppered Steak, Tri Tip and I REALLY enjoyed the Grilled Pineapple. Salad bars was good and had a nice variety of items. My only concern was they automatically included a 20% gratuity and it was only 2 of us. We were not told this would be automatically added.

I walked in with great expectations, only to be rather disappointed. The location seems good, the entrance seems promising but... the host (likely the owner) was on the phone and couldn't bother; the menu includes only two items: the meat delivered to the table (with the usual green/red card on the table) and the salad bar. The salad bar (for $35) was... sad. The meat was... mediocre. No appetizers, no bread, no dessert. Limited (and poor) wine list. The decor inside left a lot to be desired, with aluminum windows and a cold appearance. Crossed off my list. Forever. And too bad, because I like the brazilian grill concept.

Place was close to empty and we had plenty of food at all times. Different variety as well. Buffett style salad bar was very nice, great selection! We ate a lot - so for us once a year thing.

We had a reservation tonight, Valentine's Day at 6:45. When we arrived there was a line of people who also had reservations. They overbooked and were not prepared for this evening. We ended up waiting in line but decided to leave after standing for over 30 minutes. What an awful experience on a day that was supposed to be special for my girlfriend and I. Shame on you!!

We went in the evening. We had reservations and there was still a line. My husband's silverware was dirty. We started getting food and never got our drinks and had to ask the person serving the meat if he could help and he did and brought us water and clean silverware. Kudos to him! It wasn't his job. Discount service for a discount price. We used Groupon. Sadly I bought 2 vouchers and prefer not to go back.

Our server Patrick C was quite busy and overwhelmed, had to ask for refills several times and once he snapped at us saying “everyone wants something” not cool at all, this mandatory 20% tip (almost $40 for 3 of us) is ridiculous, he didn't care at all knowing he'd get a tip regardless of service, food was good BUT won't be returning

I think, in heaven, there will be angels walking by every few minutes with a succulent skewer of steak or parmesan pork or bacon-wrapped filet or lamb every few minutes, and you just lazily reach up and grab an incredibly delicious slice to feast on. And when you're feeling a little less carnivorous, there will be an ample buffet of delicious Mediterranean dishes. You can get a foretaste of this heaven at the Grill from Ipanema. I'm not sure there will be a guy playing pretty solid renditions of 90's tunes on his guitar in heaven, but you can have that too at Ipanema.

If you want to use the Groupon, only bring an even amount of people or this place will screw you over. My buddy payed $500 for 3 people to eat, and that’s WITH a Groupon. Wild ???
Groupon scam. I bought two vouchers but was told i could only use one of them. Problem is they told me that after i opened up the second voucher. Groupon marked both as used even though i only got the discount for one. They told me there was nothing they could do. Im out 70 dollars now. Grill from ipanema? More like shill from ipanema!!
Edit: Owner says opening groupon doesn’t redeem it, but heres a screenshot of both clearly being redeemed. They only applied one of my coupons at the restaurant. Whatever process they have is broken and i will not be scammed by them again.

Staff was nice and timely seating. Salad bar was decent. Meat was really low quality and chewy. 20% gratuity brought up only after the meal is just weird. Pay your staff more if you need to sneak that into every check. Unfortunately will not be coming back. Again. Service was kind but basic, boring, dull and mid. Go to fogo de chao for a much better experience and food.

The food it’s delicious the barbecue and the bar salad it’s amazing. The waiters Thalys and Patrick are the best. The atmosphere is very pleasant with a great playlist of Brazilian music.
