My husband and I were trying the new H Mart in Ballard and we saw a habit across the street and thought it would look like a good place to get a snack. I really enjoyed my burger. I love char broil burgers so I thought I had an excellent taste. I like that they have the sauce area with all the different peppers. I thought that was really cool and I really like the style of french fries they offer as well. I paid extra to get a cup of ranch and it was so watery very weird. My biggest complaint is that the restaurant part had a really overwhelmingly bad smell of cleaner or air freshener so much so that my husband and I had to eat outside I would definitely come back, but I hope they can address that smell in the Restaurant.

The rude employee at Habit burger will discriminate and provide worse service depending on your race and appearance.
We left as we weren't going to take abuse for overpriced food. This appears to be a frequent problem at this restaurant.
Eat literally anywhere else in Ballard and you'll get a better experience.
The employee taking our order got upset with us and began to take his feelings out on my elderly mother and I.
Expecting a response from the company which takes zero accountability. Do not expect a moment more of my time with your survey.

It’s right by my workplace and I’m glad I tried it. Nice atmosphere, very nice employees, clean, spacious. The sandwich was really good, and I love they have condiments out in the lobby. Like jalapeño and tobasco sauce. You don’t see that in any McDonalds
