Your typical burger joint. I live close, so I like to pop by when I have a craving. Some of the crew here are really nice, and some act like they don't care about the job at all. Weird. The toppings bar at the side is nice, and honestly, the burgers are pretty good! A better taste than most fast food burgers.
This strange thing happened one of the last times I went, though, which has stuck on my mind since: I ordered a double char burger, and a side of fries. I don't drink soda, so I don't usually get combos. The burger and fries on their menu board estimated the price to be about 16 bucks. So I order at the counter, and the employee working says it'll be $18 something. I ask to confirm that it's a burger by itself, and a side of fries, and they confirm. I say "Huh? How come on there, it says [adding up the two items] $16?"
They didn't know what to say other than "That's what happens when I push the button. I'm not sure." There was a brief back and forth about the price, but it ended with "That's what the computer is telling me." I say "No, thank you, please cancel the order."
I'm super confused, a little disappointed, but mostly still hungry. I considered walking to Taco Time, but then I see the ordering kiosk right next to the register. Out of curiously, I plug in my order, and it comes to $16 something. So I ordered and got my food at the expected price. Very weird.
I know $2 isn't a lot, but it's the principle. You can't tell someone a price on your menu board, then have it ring up higher at the POS, only for it to ring cheaper on a different POS. Anyway, pay attention to prices, y'all!

Is good Burger ? better than brand name fast food restaurants! They didn't follow the instructions on what we wanted on our burgers, it is best just to order with everything on it and than remove it yourself. The customer service was really good.

I love the extras they have out like sport peppers and jalapenos. And free fry sauce!!! The burger was so filling I couldn't eat all my French fries. Everything was delicious.
Vegetarian options: They offer impossible party. Which was delicious.
Parking: There is only one entrance.

I initially had a bad experience with this location but I shared my experience with their online customer support and they were quick to make sure I was happy and will come back to the restaurant to try it again, hopefully my next experience will be good. Relaxed well pric3d food with some very interesting options! The cheeseburgers are great. For real adventure try the ahi tuna burger with crunchy tempura greenbeans or the grilled cauliflower. The mocha shake was also good. It's clean inside and not overcrowded.
Parking: It's a little difficult to get into the parking lot and there may be a u-turn involved.
I gave three stars because the charburgers were flavorless and, in my opinion, not good. We ordered from here because we wanted burgers and it was close. The chicken bites & chicken sandwich we ordered were better, but still just ok. The fries, onion rings, and ranch were all good. I do wish the order of fries and onion rings was bigger but we got 2 and it was enough for about 3 people.
