First time at this park, while walking around we smelled coffee. When we found the source we were very pleased, we ordered mocha, latte and a sunset sandwich. All were very delicious. We definitely recommend stopping by and trying it.

The iced coffee lattes are good quality. The service is friendly and quick. Beautiful view of the water. What more could you ask for?
Parking: Free parking is hard to find on any sunny Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Cars circle the full free parking lots in search of an available spot. You can usually find free parking midweek or on cloudy days.

The guys at Kite Cafe helped me by providing vinegar to handle a jellyfish sting that I got while swimming; they were generous and very kind about it. Also, Kite has reasonable prices and fudge bars, a perfect treat for the beach!
First time trying the new Golden Gardens spot, and we were so happy with what we found. Great, real big subs that fondly reminded us of the East Coast. There are also bowls and salads available, and ingredients are mostly local. Service was great, friendly, and efficient. Glad to find out it’s owned by two Ballard locals. Perfect beach food, go check it out.
