Good food and atmosphere. Mixed reviews on the service, however. We arrived New Years Eve for a brunch before a long day of events, and it was packed, so staff was rightfully taxed. In those moments of taxation is when customers require the most communication. Simply letting a 4-top know that you didn't forget about them goes a long way. In addition, customers don't need to hear staff complain about how difficult a time they are having to other customers or be abrasive with other staff members while all are likely experiencing the same feeling. Our server, Alex, was quite good, smiled and joked with our table, and most importantly, didn't let the stress show. She was kind, witty, and fun. In contrast, Denise was the complete opposite and stood, doing nothing but complaining to customers, while her barback was busy cutting fruit and running drinks. The four of us are bar owners/bartenders and noticed the stark contrast. We will come back for Alex any day!
Had 2 people working on a nfl game night, half the place cut off for “fire safety”, “i dont know why the nfl is scheduling games on a Saturday night”

Popped in to grab brunch the other day and loved it! The bartender was friendly and personable, the food was amazing and drinks were on point. We were shocked there place wasn’t packed! Definitely a great spot to grab brunch in the area! The pickle fries are perfection, breakfast burrito is beyond delicious and service is fun and fast!

IMO...food was decent, nice atmosphere. Service definitely was lacking. Felt irritated that we asked to split bill, told us to just pay the bill and we can owe each other the difference when we leave. There was only 3 of us, shouldn't be that hard.

Walked in for a latte because there was big steming cup of coffee on the outside. The bar tender was atrocious, I asked her about a cup of coffee she said she didn't serve any. No problem I asked about happy hour and she snapped that there wasn't any. I asked why not since there was a sign on the counter advertising it. Again rude dismissive, "I don't know, I don't know, I don't make the rules." "Pre thanksgiving rush" I say imagining that they want to jack up the prices for the holidays (beware of that tourist gouged during Thanksgiving). She acts like she doesn't here me and walks up and down the bar. I ask "is this an expensive place?" she asks me to repeat myself a few times. Mind you this isn't supper classy place the floors are uneven, it's underlit, the costumers are wearing casual clothes, the waitress her self is barely old to drink wearing pigtails so I doubt she could make a difficult drink. Finally she says "it's depends" I tell her about "30 bucks for a plate" she says that's about right and gets pushy about what I'm ordering. I thank her and I leave. Worst service in downtown Seattle. I've lived here 13 yrs and never felt so unwelcomed. I don't know what it was that this blonde and haired tattooed young lady but she had a different tone with the other costumers in the bar.

Disclaimer: I got carryout twice, so can't comment on the dine in atmosphere.I'm from out of town and stayed at a hotel near The Lodge, was looking for easy carryout options. I picked up from here twice, once trying the steak sandwich and the next time the ghost steak burger. The food was very good, cooked to order, and the service was prompt. When I arrived to pick up my order, both times, it was ready to go.If I had one complaint, I'd say the steak on the steak sandwich could be cut smaller. It was delicious, but the large cuts of the steak had me pulling out one big chunk with one bite, then eating portions of bread and toppings with no steak. All in all, would continue to dine here.

The food was terrific. I recommended the steak sandwich.Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We never received a drink refill, and had to flag down a waiter for a to-go box and to pay.

The waiter kept showing me videos on his phone while my husband and I were just trying to enjoy our time alone. Food was not great either. Won't go

The waiter didn't bother to give me my change I had to ask him for it.Gave him $100 bill ($65 food bill) and he just assumed the rest ($35) was a tip, I asked to ask him for my change and he was hesitant on giving it to me.Gave him $5 for simply existing, would of Gave him more if he actually did his job and gave me my change like a normal person.First time ever I had to deal with that. INSANE!!!10/19/23 around after 7pmSlender white dudeSalty attitude

Seems like a nice place but I didn't stay long enough to notice. One TV is all blue and needs replacing. Draft beer system isn't working so fall in love with an overpriced can beer or try somewhere else.
Came to watch sports, have food and drinks. Called ahead to make sure the game we wanted to watch, they would have on the TV. The manager said no problem, he was very accommodating. They served us, put the game on, no sound. I asked our server to add sound, he was hesitant. Keep in mind it was late Sunday afternoon - after the Seahawks played. Our server eventually put on the sound reluctantly. We were told that they would leave the sound on for the game we were watching (quarterfinals women’s professional soccer) until 5:30, we were appreciative and said that would be great. Just after 5, our server changed the volume to be the football coverage before the game started, overriding his manager. We understand that men’s sports have 94.6% of airtime, coverage and marketing as they have long been treated as a business, unlike women’s sorts. I had hoped that the supportive manager would have been respected, offering us the sound/TV for the game, while we are supporting their business.

Ok time here on a very busy Saturday. Taps were all out, and the staff was doing their best to get orders and food out. Service was very rushed and harried. We actually ended up leaving to go to another sports bar because it just took long to get drinks ordered and utensils delivered. Some more staff and working taps would have made this a 5 star place.

We found the venue to be warm with timber walls, floors, table and bar. There are televisions on every wall so watching your favourite sport is not a problem. The menu has a good range and is reasonably priced. We had the Chef’s Steak Sandwich with fries. It was fabulous The steak was tender and well cooked. Alice was our waiter. She was excellent but a little understaffed. This is well worth a visit.
The staff makes this place. The GM and the bartender were so personable and I feel guilty for somehow not getting or remembering their names. They make a great relaxed atmosphere and the food was pretty good as well.My husband got the Ghost Pepper burger and I got the BLTA. They bothe were satisfying. We came back the next morning and ate breakfast and I forgot to take pics of that. We both got biscuits and gravy. It was good. My only change would be chuncks of meat in the sausage gravy. Almost forgot we got pickle fries and they were hot and tasty. Yum!This place is connected to The Executive Pacific Hotel where we stayed and was very convenient for us while we stayed there.
