Check out my I G lawyer.traveler.dreamer for more footage of this property. Every Seattle attraction is at your fingertips! Hyatt Regency Seattle is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Arena, and the Opera. It’s ideal for a city break, whether you’re attending a conference, catching a game, or enjoying a night at the Opera (like we did for The Pirates of Penzance premiere). The service was excellent, and the entire stay felt effortless and comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely my favorite in Seattle. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the city on foot and enjoy top-quality comfort.
Has vegan milks for coffee drinks and lists a vegan flatbread on the menu as of this visit!
Food is gross. Didn't think to check reviews at a 4 star hotel.

I ordered the four piece chicken tenders and they are the worst I've ever had. Store-bought frozen tenders are 1009% better. Do NOT order food from the overpriced establishment unless you want to watch your food get warmed up in an air fryer (I hope it was an air fryer) 😲. Never again...

“Waygu” burger was pre-made at some point and then reheated so that it resembled a lump of coal. Cheese was melted onto the container. Pickles were the highlight of the meal. This place is basically a Starbucks, so just order the coffee.

Food is inedible. Service is slow. Gives no value.
They said there was no ice coffee despite watching people get their ice coffees. Waited over 40 minutes just for a single drink. Stay far, far away from this place. These people are both incompetent and disrespectful. Getting coffee should be the easiest thing in the world - NOT AT THIS PLACE.
Expensive and disgusting. The burrito taste like a wrap of salt.
Awesome, convenient and very professional customer service. Our team dined there several times over six days. No negative issues.

My breakfast sandwich was a real disappointment. It was placed inside a plastic container, which made it soggy by the time I got back to my hotel room. It would have been far better and more environmentally friendly to have it wrapped in paper instead of using plastic.
The coffee tasted really bitter telling me it was most likely brewed too hot and the grinds were burnt.

The Market on the 2nd floor at The Hyatt Regency has quite a variety of quick food options that are also healthy.

bad food, bad service, expensive
Convenient, good service, and good prices. Cons: The fabric chairs by the escalator need to be replaced. Tables could be cleaned more often.

Literally served my boyfriend a biscuit that was inedible cause it was hard as a rock, broke like a stale cracker. No joke. They took it and threw it away saying "they are supposed to be that way" and tried to charge the difference for something else.
Save your money and go out. Worst hotel restaurant ever.
