“Waygu” burger was pre-made at some point and then reheated so that it resembled a lump of coal. Cheese was melted onto the container. Pickles were the highlight of the meal. This place is basically a Starbucks, so just order the coffee.

Food is inedible. Service is slow. Gives no value.

They said there was no ice coffee despite watching people get their ice coffees. Waited over 40 minutes just for a single drink. Stay far, far away from this place. These people are both incompetent and disrespectful. Getting coffee should be the easiest thing in the world - NOT AT THIS PLACE.

Expensive and disgusting. The burrito taste like a wrap of salt.

Awesome, convenient and very professional customer service. Our team dined there several times over six days. No negative issues.

My breakfast sandwich was a real disappointment. It was placed inside a plastic container, which made it soggy by the time I got back to my hotel room. It would have been far better and more environmentally friendly to have it wrapped in paper instead of using plastic.

The coffee tasted really bitter telling me it was most likely brewed too hot and the grinds were burnt.

The Market on the 2nd floor at The Hyatt Regency has quite a variety of quick food options that are also healthy.

Convenient, good service, and good prices. Cons: The fabric chairs by the escalator need to be replaced. Tables could be cleaned more often.

Literally served my boyfriend a biscuit that was inedible cause it was hard as a rock, broke like a stale cracker. No joke. They took it and threw it away saying "they are supposed to be that way" and tried to charge the difference for something else.

Save your money and go out. Worst hotel restaurant ever.

This place is just okay. It's hotel food which you wouldn't expect with how much this particular hotel charges. I wouldn't expect them to run out of things or have food that isn't really good and is just okay. With that mandatory destination fee making this "free/complimentary" I was expecting pretty good food. This is hotel food disguised as "bougie" upscaled food that is attempting to serve ~30 floors worth of people in a small deli like corner of the hotel (so they run out and get overwhelmed easily). I don't blame anyone that works here, they're all super kind, helpful, and as on top of things as they can be. Any worker is going to be as good as their management and support from higher ups. With how much this hotel makes I can't imagine why this area isn't doing better. They clearly aren't getting any support or this area isn't a priority. I would go elsewhere if this area of Seattle wasn't so expensive. So it's the closest to not spending $30 for breakfast for one person. Which probably isn't a problem for some people in this area ..

I didn't think it was humanly possible to make such a greasy, oily, salty, inedible sandwich. Especially in a 4-star hotel. Avoid at all costs!!

My last two stays at the Hyatt Regency included a free breakfast option from the Market since the Club Lounge breakfast buffet has been discontinued due to COVID. I've been beyond pleased with all of my meals here. My favorite is the breakfast burrito, and during my most recent stay I tried their veggie fajita breakfast burrito, which I loved. Their quiche is good too and comes with a nice little side arugula salad. They also have lots of coffee options. The staff are friendly. It can get busy sometimes causing a bit of a wait, but overall not a big deal.
