Went in here at noon on a saturday for lunch and there was no one else here. We got a mushroom pizza and it was one of, if not the, best pizzas we have ever had. The atmosphere was super fun; old movies playing on TV and records playing for music. Real wood fired pizza. I hope its not always so dead! They deserve a lot of love.

I got an order from the TooGoodToGo of the sauce for the meatballs. It’s very flavorful and so spicy. Definitely plan on going back and dining in.

Ordered cheesey garlic bread and it was burnt on every piece. There was more herbs than cheese. The cheese was spicy and dry (?!). It was for my husband, who was so disappointed. I tried it. It was awful and I like overbaked pies. My son tried it and didn't finish his bite. Such a bummer. Only flavor was burnt and spicy parm something.

My Dad & I searched for a bar to finish off the day. To our surprise, we stumbled upon The Masonry. Raysha, service skills are 2nd to none! We were bless to have met her as she gave us great recommendations around Seattle! The beer and atmosphere was really good as well! Our visit here was so great, we came back twice! We never do that on a trip! Thank you Raysha!

I love this spot, but the last few outings the pizzas have been undercooked, coming out doughy / sloppy in the middle. Last night, I mentioned this to our server and asked if they'd cook ours a little extra to address the issue, but we still got slices with droopy tips, where folding the slice was our only remedy for the lack of structural integrity. She told our table that it's a 700 degree oven, so we have to believe that a perfect pie is possible. Please, please, please review your time-in-the-oven metrics; I want this place to be as good as I remember!

That’s it, I’ve found it… the best pizza in Seattle is at the Masonry. My wife and I literally let out an mmmm after our first bites! It was so good. The ingredients were so fresh and I’m not a veggie pizza lover but this place changed my mind. We ended up getting two pizzas because they aren’t very big and we wanted to share. I got the mystic pizza and my wife got one of their specials at the time. Both were fantastic and well baked. They’re woodfired pizzas so they’re quick and thin. We also got a side of meatballs and were so happy we did because those really set the tone for the rest of the meal! Next time we’ll stop by fast fashion and order in because it could be a little difficult to find a seat during dinner time. Oh I forgot to mention, the masonry has a great beer selection and often does tap take overs so keep a look out on what’s events they have coming up or what their tap list is because it’s awesome!

One star only because I couldn’t give it a ZERO! I have eaten at the Masonry many times but not as much recently. The pizza dough was RAW…even after they cooked a replacement it was still raw. That says only one thing…the dough was old or not properly aged. The waitress got an attitude blaming it on my lack of knowledge about Neapolitan style pizza…HA!! She picked the wrong customer to try that bull line on!! Never again!!

Staff is rude, pretentious. Reason enough to never return

Excellent pizza at this Seattle mainstay. We went with a classic Margherita and an appetizer of spicy meatballs. Delicious! The meatballs were tender and cooked perfectly. Nice crispy patina on the pizza crust, and the sauce is very fresh and tasty. In fact you can buy pizza sauce here by the pint! Also a good wine and beer selection.

This location isn't large so it can fill up fast on a busy night and can get a little loud. Parking nearby is a little tricky as well. But I would definitely come back for the great food!
