Had a terrible experience there once where they wouldn't serve us because of the way we were dressed they didnt let us in I will never forget. There was literally nobody there we could see to the inside and we were dressed okay not extremely fancy but okay. They were very rude and we were left guessing if they were truly rude because of that or because of our ethnicity or both. Never again.
Amazing service. So polite and you get the fun experience of cooking your own food. Although it's pricey, its still worth it!
I love the classic alpine fondue and meat. I love the dark chocolate chambord fondue as well. My rating is because of the last few times we reserved or walked in and how little was done to accommodate us. Once, we were made to wait over and over for indefinite amounts of time. The other time, the restaurant looked fairly empty much earlier in the evening but we weren't given any option to sit at the bar even. We'll try the Bellevue location sometime may be. I do love fondue
My son and daughter in law took me to breakfast here. The food was amazing and cooked to order. My daughter in law is gluten free and has never had any problems with eating the food here.
This place is easy to find and I highly recommend. STAFF Staff is super friendly and helpful going over the menu. The place was packed but they manage to make you feel as though you're the only customer in the place.
I love going there great food, amazing service. And easy to make reservations.
Service was amazing and food was fresh. Just really humid on the 2nd floor.
If you like cheese at all, always get the double order of cheese or you'll be left wanting. Don't take children that touch hot stuff. It's always a good time with semi private booths. I recommend the 3 course meal for 2 if it's available. Also, tell them it's a special occasion when you make reservations and they offer rose pedal service and more. Fondue!!! Love it.
Restaurant was quiet, not usually a great sign. Food was ok, but we ran out of cheese in the melting pot! We had dessert - chocolate which was better. But it’s not cheap, meal plus a drink each was $100. Tap beer was off!
New Year’s Eve dinner was way overpriced and definitely not worth it! We have always enjoyed our experience at the melting pots on the East side of the country and was really looking forward to it for New Years; we were extremely disappointed with the melting pot here in Seattle. Double the price for smaller portions and the vegetarian meal was a complete joke; 2 potstickers with a bunch of onions and bell peppers chopped up and a few asparagus. 80) for a meal like that is completely unacceptable, don’t charge double just for New Years and call it an “experience”. Didn’t even receive our “sparking champagne” that the website states is part of the meal. Don’t waste your time or money please trust me.

We headed to Seattle for a special occasion and to attend The Nutcraker. A trip to downtown Seattle is quite a journey for us as we live close to the Canadian boarder. Reservations at The Melting Pot in Seattle had been made weeks prior and we looked forward to the experience. Life is a journey of experiences and this was one I will not soon forget.
We had a great time there. Wonderful cheese and chocolate fondue and great prices during happy hour. We were really looked after during our stay there.
So good! But very spendy and packed. Make sure you make a reservation. We didn't but still got to sit at the bar and try some of the side dishes. And it was happy hour so all the bar dishes were half off! We tried the prosciutto and asparagus dish which was amazing and the yin and yang chocolate dish that was mouth watering!!! It was a great teaser. We'll definitely be back for the four course experience!
The staff were wonderful and treated us amazingly. We were celebrating the anniversary of when a wonderful women saved my life. The food was great and the atmosphere was one of warmth and joy.
It's fine more of an experience than meal in the sense of price tag. If you are going just for fondue you don't need the four course experience. Just do cheese and chocolate. Skip the entree. Its honestly not needed. Everything can be done at home very easily for much less of the cost.
