Omg this place is super cool, staff super friendly, really cool drink selections. If you love Labubu's come get a drink with one on Top! We had the Strawberry milk tea, Tiramisu Viet coffee, Banana pudding Matcha. 🥰😍 Love the cute keepsake glasses the drink comes in🥰

Great flavor, but an unexpected issue. I ordered the Thai tea and really enjoyed the flavor—it was delicious. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined when I found a piece of cardboard in the drink (photo attached). It was disappointing, especially since everything else was so good. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not something others experienced.

Cute drinks and cute cups. They have unique drinks and service is good!!! There is space inside to sit but depends on how busy it is inside. Prices aren’t bad considering the location and that you get a cup with it
This is my second time getting the strawberry matcha 🍓it’s really good i love it. I also like how it comes in a glass cup and staff are friendly i totally recommend! 😁

EDIT: Number 1, I did NOT leave without collecting it if it was ready that makes zero sense ??😭😭 I waited 40 minutes of just being in the store and then left because its not worth my time anymore. I wouldve gladly taken my drink if it was available to me, this is just a lie. Number 2- There is no way ANYONE even noticed i was in there, let alone somehow noticed i quietly left the store? There was about 30 people JAMMED shoulder shoulder in that tiny waiting area, which is probably a safety hazard!! Me quietly squeezing through people to leave would make no one notice. Number 3- Thats just not true, the drink was marked ready for pickup, and it was simply not ready. Do you think I would wait around 40 minutes if it was? come on
ORIGINAL REVIEW placed an online order yesterday, came about 10-20 minutes AFTER i got the text saying it was ready. wasnt ready when i got there, waited around an additional 20 minutes, i tried asking the lady for an eta for my one singular drink after ~40 minutes of it being marked ready, she said she doesnt know and the kitchen is backed up. i left without the drink :/ really obnoxious that they mark it ready when its not ready

Tried the strawberry it was frozen, not fresh and was charged for chocolate but it didn’t have any and upon asking was discriminated and shown the door.
