This is such a great find! Where else can you get THIS selection of Languedoc-Rousillion wines?! Only in France! Thank you sooo much for bringing a piece of France to Seattle!

This place is like a french oasis in a business park! What a find. I wasn't familiar with their story or offerings, but my husband's bell had gone off and we needed food, so we popped in here for anything. What we thought would be a quick bite, turned into a lovely early afternoon getting to know the story of this wine shop from a very accomplished and lovely person. Don't let the business park setting fool you, once you walk into Princess & Bear, you are in the south of France.

Wonderful people who work here, wine is incredible. So great to try wine from small wineries in a region in France that you can’t get anywhere else in the US!

In an odd area of town but definitely worth the drive. The one selection here is amazing, and they have a big map on the wall that allows you to see the areas were the wine is grown in France. I came here from my aunt's 60th birthday party, and one of the owners is or was an oncologist and he was the one who led her through her cancer treatment. It was very touching to come to his winery so many years later and celebrate her life! Would love to come back here the next time I'm in town.

Princess & Bear bring to Seattle the very best wine that Languedoc has to offer - tastefully, intelligently and joyously. Their Mediterranean Club is a “must join” for variety, quality and value. And then there’s their 9 day get together in the south of France every fall. Done it once, looking forward to a repeat.

Over all the experience was really fun, the wine is reasonably priced and all enjoyable. A word of warning to those with nut allergies, even though the cheese board did not list nuts on the menu, they were still on the board.

We’re members of the wine club and enjoy our wine pickup tastings. Kudos to Kyle for his hosting skills! We always find a few more wines we like and “have to” bring home.
Excellent place for French wine that won’t break the bank! The wine club is a screaming deal.
I couldn't believe this place was in south Seattle and right by my old work. I wish I knew of this place when I worked in Georgetown! I worked down there for over 12 years and I didn't know it existed. I would've been a regular. It's the cutest little place to try wine that is outside of the states. All their wines are from Languedoc-Roussillon a region of France and it makes it unique. Wines you can't find anywhere else. It's great and we tasted a few and they were delicious. They had a sparkling wine that I just loved and bought. If you want a great vibe and fun atmosphere go there. The service was exceptional and they were very knowledgeable. I didn't get a chance to meet the owners and to get more information on the finding of their business so I hope the next time I go they will be there. Great spot and I hope people flock here!
Went here for a Yelp Elite event and was so impressed with their wines!! We loved the sparkling brut so much we had to get a bottle to-go afterwards. We also tried a white & red wine as a part of the tasting, and loved the inside of the store - everything was so aesthetic and small intimate setting. Will definitely be back to try more of their wines!
