What a fun and welcoming place! It’s like a combination, hipster dive bar and old-school cocktail lounge with lots of red and gold accents, feels like it should be in Vegas! The food was good, and there was live music a couple of times we were there which we enjoyed. We stayed a little longer for the karaoke, and that was also fun. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a little bit of nostalgic retro fun. It seemed that they had a lot of theme nights for LGBQ, sports...
I’ve done a lot of karaoke in my day and Shanghai room is at the top of my spots to go. The staff are friendly and fair, the KJs are fun and make sure things flow smoothly, and the crowd that goes are usually just the absolute best to perform for. You never know what you might see whenever you drop by!
Underrated place for a birthday party! Celebrated my wife's B-Day here and they made it special. Helped with the theme and decorations. Everyone had a blast and the kareoke DJ was excellent.
