Not a 1 star because I’ve been a wing dome (Kirkland) loyalist for 20 years; however, this location is serving massive wings with no sauce again. Would LOVE a refund.
I really wanted this spot to be good. Got an order of 12 wings and my partner got an order of 6 tenders. No drinks or sides. Our total was $50+, definitely on the more expensive size considering what you’re getting. Food was fine at best, cold to warm temperature and hardly no sauce. I probably won’t ever eat here again but the beer prices during happy hour are worth it!! Really friendly staff and enjoyed the sports bar environment.

Be sure to order extra sauce if getting take out...they say the coat the wings and tenders but half of it had no sauce. This used to be good. But much better places out there. Highly recommend the wings at Stoop brewing.

Where is your customer service? When we arrived for dinner, no one greeted us, even though we made eye contact with several servers. As it was my first time, I didn’t know that we could seat ourselves. We only discovered the sign when we walked up to the counter after waiting at the door for five minutes. After figuring things out, we sat at a table, but unfortunately, no one acknowledged us or offered any service. We ended up leaving without even ordering.
As a person of color, I couldn’t help but feel like the situation might have been influenced by bias. It's disheartening, and I won’t be returning. I would advise anyone, especially people of color, to think twice before visiting.

Zero stars if possible. Don’t waste your time.
EDIT BASED ON REPLY: the thing is, we tried to call you (about 5 times with no answer), we went as far as to call the West Seattle location and a number that turned out to be the regional manager with the hope of simply getting an update on our order. I’ll say it AGAIN - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

We got their heat and serve wings for the super bowl today, ordered in advance like their email blast instructed. Last year we did too (got the heat and serve wings that they offer for the superbowl), and they were great. This year things were completely different with the same people and same environment. What was different? The instructions are for reheating, they use the word reheating. This was not reheating at all. These wings this year were COMPLETELY raw and did not taste good even when cooked through, and took well over the "reheating" instructions time. Won't ever be coming back here and everyone at our super bowl event agreed. The wings flat out sucked compared to last year. So it wasn't a fluke, they dropped the ball this year. Who's gonna check under the foil, so just give raw wings. Smooth wing dome, smooth. And lazy. WE WANTED WING DOME COOKED WINGS FOR THE CRISP TASTE NOT CRAP PARTY WINGS FROM SAFEWAY THAT ARE RAW. This was not heat and serve, they were cook from raw and serve, so so different and much worse than last year.

Wing Dome very disappointing, a poorly run business. I ordered 18 wings at 8am for a 3pm pickup on Super Bowl day. Arrived at 3pm, told that orders running 30 mins late. Waited 50 minutes, not ready and no solid EtA. I said forget it.
BEWARE 3% UPCHARGE!
Warning! Deceptive pricing! They add a 3% surcharge to your bill, all of which goes to the business.

It's a great wing joint, it can be busy but the servers work hard and it's what you'd want from a wing place. What I don't want is the extra 3% 'surcharge for the cost of goods' surprise when you get the bill. The price of goods is supposed to be part of THE PRICE. I would have been happy to pay the extra if it was in the price on the menu. This is manipulative, I'm sure your servers are paying the penalty in tips when customers find this dirty little trick on their bill. Do better.

I’m strongly opposed to the 3% surcharge slapped on at the end of meals. I won’t go back to any restaurant that has this practice. Just raise the price of your food by 3% for goodness sake!
Any restaurant that still adds a BS “surcharge” instead of just increasing their prices gets 2 stars. Enough is enough.

3% surcharge. For.... giving you my business? These ridiculous made-up charges should be criminalized. Just add it to the damn price and be transparent. You are the problem.
3% surcharge on all orders. Junk fees like this should be made illegal
We tried the Bigger, Badder Cheese tenders, western BBQ wings, TN smoke tenders, pickle chips, and waffle fries, and it was all delicious! The wings were good sized and the strips were tender and juicy. The pickle chips were a large portion and perfectly tangy and salty. All the sauces and rubs were flavorful.
