We had drinks, snacks, all delicious... great wait staff. Friendly, patient! They were fine that we hung out for quite awhile.

Our server was great. The food was good. It didn't have the wow factor of many other places in Seattle. It was very, very cold- wear thick clothing!

I wasn’t impressed by the food. I could make it at home. I ordered a nonalcoholic ginger beer. I got charged $9.50 for a 12 ounce glass full of ice with maybe 6 ounces of ginger beer if I was lucky. They didn’t even bring the can or bottle. I will not be back.

Fantastic! I'm mad I haven't gone here sooner. The space is cute and the staff was very friendly. Loved the cocktails and the mushroom kale sandwich was oh so yummy.

The food here is so good, it is like “gourmet” but down to earth. I love all of their options and I have not had a dish that I do not like

I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately I need to mark this as a spot a place to avoid. Service started out great and we ordered the Taco Dorado's - they are essentially a mushy pulled chicken inside a fried tortilla shell (the lettuce and tomatos on the top are essential to make palatable) - we ordered a few beers and our server was great about giving us tasters to find what we wanted from the variety of local beers (beers were delicious)...
Now for when everything really went down hill. The Fish and chips is horrible, greasy with raw batter on all 3 pieces, I've reviewed dozens of fish and chips and these are some of the worst due to this issues. The chips were skinny limp fries with no seasoning, but if there was one decent thing, it was the pickled cabbage on the side. The Sopes Chili Verde looked great but was lacking in flavor and half the pork was the chewy fatty portion that chews more like gum.
For $90 I would say the price is overwhelming for what you're paying.
Side note, as I'm writing this, my stomach is starting to turn... Potentially undercooked food could make for a fun weekend.

I took my parents to the yard, and the waitress with red hair should be in the running for the best waitress of all time. She was so kind and accommodating with my mom’s food sensitivities, and stopped by our table enough to be helpful, usually with a witty line. She made our experience excellent.
Lovely spot with good food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating. You used to be able to park in the lot next door, but the salon there took ALL of the spots. Which is ridiculous if you ask me. But Yard cafe is great.
