Sweet, special place — the ever-changing menu leverages the best of the season. You can tell that much thought and effort has gone into each dish. I love that the dining room is small and intimate.

Took the server's recommendations on what to order, to say she pointed us in the right direction would be an understatement. Everything was beyond delicious.

This restaurant is ridiculously good. Every dish has an amazing combination of flavors. Menu changes regularly. It’s a bit confusing to me the restaurant isn’t booked out every night of the week. This place could easily win awards. The dishes are creative, the ingredients fresh and well prepared, and the service is lovely. The staff is knowledgeable about wine, but not at all pretentious. I think perhaps the vegetable-forward menu scares off meat lovers, but everyone will be pleased regardless of your dietary preferences !

Excellent gem of spot. Well prepared creative dishes with a nice wine menu to pair against. Will return.

I’m not doing myself any favors by adding to the chorus of people singing the praises of this restaurant, but it’s been discovered already, and it deserves the praise.
We have been looking for a “replacement” for Pair in Ravenna/Bryant since Covid shut it down and then the owner died. Three Sacks Full (TSF), is exactly the sort of neighborhood gem that we’ve been looking for. Once a popup, it’s now in permanent space about a block west of the whole foods grocery.
The ingredients are sourced from Washington and Oregon, and rotate based on what’s available. Yet the creativity of the menu elevates everything, even when winter squash is the most plentiful thing around.
TSF preparations are interesting and thoughtful, but not fussy or pretentious. It’s the sort of restaurant that inspires me want to try some new foods at home. It also reminds me that we are so lucky to live where we do, with amazing food options year round.
Most dishes are vegetables and grains, but there are a couple of meat and seafood options, too. Crepes w Beechers cheddar and pickled serranos? I would not have thought to put those together. And I would happily devour enough to make a meal. Grilled radish salad? I never thought of grilling radishes, but doing that took the astringency out of them. Delicious. The grilled steak was perfect. The olive oil cake is exactly the right amount of sweetness.
Our server was great; she knew how to make sure we were taken care of without being over-involved. And she knew the menu and wine list well. Speaking of wine; how nice to get a chardonnay that’s not an icy oak bomb! And it was served chilled but not ice cold, which seems far too common. I don’t care what “American tastes” are, it’s nice to get a glass of wine that’s as thoughtfully served as everything else on the menu.
TSF is not cheap, but prices seem aligned with comparable restaurants, and less expensive than some chains. We shared three plates and dessert, and had three drinks, and the tab was $125 before tip.
We don’t spend that much on a whim. But the good news is I don’t regret it at all.
It can be tough to get a seat. This is a small space. But it’s absolutely worth it. I can’t wait to go back.

Incredible food! Short menu done well, never had a miss in their rotating weekly menu. Seasonal items are always special. And surprisingly the best sorbet in town! It takes like a solidified Chinotto. Magic!

A great neighborhood spot… maybe even worth going a few neighborhoods over for… maybe even some of the best food in Seattle. For context, it even sparked a conversation on a past trip to Puglia. Nothing in Seattle has ever done that.

Excellent service. In season ingredients. Great wine, including new wave WA (and aperitifs & digestifs). Cozy atmosphere. Set it up.

We have had three wonderful dinners at Three Sacks Full. It’s rare to find this kind of gem in seattle these days but this is the real deal! Lovely service and food. Will definitely return.

Had a delightful meal here! Loved the atmosphere. Brought our own bottle of wine and they only charged $20
Ordered several small plates per the server’s suggestion and all were delicious.
Loved all of it.

A hidden gem in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Three Sacks Full is serving some of my favorite farm to table type food. Their menu is very seasonal and vegetable forward and rich in flavors. We also had a really good cocktail and wine there as befitting a wine bar.

My wife and I had a great meal tonite - imaginative and creative dishes that we are still talking about hours after our meal - beet/leeks, carrots in smoky yoghurt and kale (our favorite), eggs and anchovies , bread (I’m a baker, and bread was
Excellent ), giant fried smelt and beef shoulder. We brought bottle of wine but they have a great wine list. I wish I could have had a martini, but they have a great non-spirit cocktail list. If you love Off Alley, you’ll love this place.

Every dish we had was delicious and amazingly balanced. Some of the best food I’ve had. The wine selection is excellent as well. Literally stumbled into this place after walking from Green Lake.

Great food, but ambiance had a casual hippie vibe vs high-end. Not bad just be aware of that when going.
