Specifically paid for parking to come here, got here at 3:30pm which is within the listed hours of 11:30am - 9pm and it’s closed for some reason? It doesn’t even say because of holiday hours and doesn’t say when they’ll be back either.
Ordered the classic signature and after shaking the drink this is what it looks like. Looks like a green milk tea. I did not ask for less sugar so I was confused as to why there was barely any brown sugar stuck to the side of the cup. Boba had no brown sugar taste to it as well. Kirkland milk was also used, when typically all Tiger sugar uses horizon milk to achieve that creamy taste. Either the worker was new and didn’t know what he was doing or he was just lazy to refill the brown sugar. Threw the drink out after the photo.
Almost everything was sold out. The mill tea we got was very bland and had so little boba for a $8+ drink! You can check in the photo, barely 20 in the whole cup. I thought since tiger sugar is a taiwanese OG brand, it would be quite good but it was just drinkable, not very enjoyable imo.
I think this is the best boba I’ve had in my life! I had never tried black sugar before and this was a great first intro. This will definitely become one of my regular stops when I cross the water!
Great experience. We would visit again
Hours seem incorrect arrived at 1135 and all closed up
I got the regular boba drink and the drink feels like scam. The milk has no flavor- just sweet loaded and the boba is smaller than half the size of regular boba in other places. Not worth the money at all. Nothing like they advertise. don't go!
It was pretty hot inside 🥵. I ordered two drinks: one didn’t have the boba jelly available, and for the other I asked them to leave out the boba. Still, the price stayed the same — no discount 💸. The drinks were tasty and the interior was stylish and atmospheric 🐅
Really good boba!
The fruit tea was so refreshing!
What a gem of a place glad we chose this spot!
Hatecrimed my taste buds, sickly sweet pudding, and the brown sugar tasted burnt. How does one mess up their own signature?

I stopped by the Tiger Sugar location in downtown Seattle and wanted to share my quick experience. First off, be aware that parking is very limited since it’s right in the heart of downtown. I was lucky to find a spot right in front of the store and just turned on my hazard lights while grabbing my order.
I got the drink in the picture — the Black Sugar Boba + Pearl + Tiger Jelly Milk with Cream Mousse. Both my friend and I ordered the large size, but just a heads-up: their cup sizes run smaller than most boba spots. The “extra-large” here is about the same as a regular size cup at other places, so keep that in mind.
As for the drink itself — it was actually really flavorful. The tiger jelly had a coffee jelly vibe, which was a nice twist, and my cup came with both mini and regular boba, which made the texture pretty interesting.
Overall, it was a great first-time visit and I’d definitely recommend trying it out if you’re already in the area!
The drink looked nothing like the picture it looked dirty and the tasted dirty and the customer service was really bad when I was ordering I even said thank you and they walked off don’t go here guys
Worst milk tea I’ve had in Seattle. I’ve tried tiger sugar in Shanghai and Nanjing many times and the one in Seattle is nothing like the real thing. It was overly sweet like drinking syrup and then when we brought it back to get one that’s less sweet, the person working there said he couldn’t change the level of sweetness which doesn’t sound right because this chain always allows you to choose the level of sugar in the drink. Wouldn’t go back to this one.
Tiger Sugar delivers on taste—delicious boba drinks with great dairy-free options that didn’t disappoint. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and I appreciated the variety. The vibe inside was a bit quiet, especially for a weekend—it felt oddly empty, which took away from the usual fun boba shop energy. One of the ordering kiosks was also out of service, which was a minor inconvenience. The staff were polite but pretty reserved. On the bright side, the music was on point and added a nice touch to the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a quality boba fix.
