Thank you for all the fresh and variety ginger beer you had produced! You made this guy really content while exploring Seattle!
Probably the best alcoholic ginger beer I’ve ever tasted (the imperial). Shocked this was my first time trying it. But now that I know this exists, I’m sure it will be accompanying me to every backyard party this summer. Thanks for making a great product yall!
Good stuff!
The best ginger beer in the PNW.
We tried your product at Georgetown brewery and wanted to take some home. We visited your store at 4:30 on a Thurs but it was closed. Please post your hours, thank you!
Owners were great! Was a very pleasant time talking about the brewery! Hope to come back again when market is open#4starjesus
Out of all the NW produced ginger beer, Timber City knocks them out of the park. Every time I crack a can open I feel instantly transported to my happy place, like in Happy Gilmore, Grandma is happy, my taste buds shoot a hole in one!Try a can today, try a seasonal flavor, transport to your happy place!!!
This is by far the worst ginger beer I have ever had in my 40 plus years enjoying this type of beverage. I bought it because it is a local company. Never again 5 bucks for a 16oz can. Down the drain it went!
best ginger beer outside of the UK.
Picked up our CSA at Timber City on Sunday and bought a pack of each ginger beer ?. Loving them all! Crisp, spicy, yummy all around. Can’t wait to go back next week!

This is hands down the best ginger beer. If a Moscow mule is your go-to cocktail, you gotta meet TC. The owners are friendly as hell and you can swing by, try some ginger beer, and buy cans or growlers. And you’ll see em at local farmers markets too. Get some and support local!
Yum! I got three kinds of ginger beer while picking up some Hama Hama oysters that they had done a collaboration with: Ginger beer (regular), Seasonal Pear-Jasmine, and Barrel Aged Peach ( 9% alcohol). The Regular and Pear-Jasmine went really well with our oysters and clams meal, and the Barrel Aged Peach with the BBQ dinner the following night. ????
This product is misbranded. It is is marketed as “Low Sugar” while it contains 19 g of added sugar (38% DV). With this, “Low Sugar” is not an acceptable claim to make on a food per 21 CFR 101.60. If they want to make a “sugar” claim, it would have to state “this ginger beer contains 25% less sugar than X” (assuming they actually do have 25%+ less sugar than the Reference Amount Customarily Consumed) AND a “Not a low calorie food” statement. I informed them of this on Instagram so they could correct their actions before someone sues them and they blocked me for trying to be of assistance. This clearly demonstrates they do not have the consumers' best interests in mind and would rather continue to misbrand their foods. What a shame.
Really good ginger beer, and local. I think they should make a non-alcoholic ginger spruce beer. I would buy it by the case.
Production, distribution, and brew space. Not retail location. Great people & excellent product.
