Tivoli, located in Fremont, is renowned for its excellent vegetable sides and amazing authentic Italian pizza. The space is beautiful and open, with large windows perfect for enjoying a meal on a nice day. Highlights include the thin-crust pizza with a lovely char, topped with fire tomato sauce and flavorful sausage, and the best Caesar salad with crouton flakes and shaved cheese. Popular dishes include cauliflower, Caesar salad, anchovy pizza, and meat pizza, often paired with dips like ranch and hot honey. The mortadella sandwich w/ pistachio jazz is a great addition, served on sesame focaccia. This is the same owner as Saint Bread, so the bread is amazing with a crispy crust and chewy inside. The chopped salad is good. They have pizza slices at lunch, which are reasonably priced. You can add Caesar salad onto a slice or whipped ricotta for an additional charge. Customer server was good. They have ample seating indoors and outdoors and are set-up for large parties. There's a parking lot behind the building for convenience, or a pay lot next door.
