Went there for the first time visiting from California and I have to say the flavor of their Mexican food is very authentic. The patio is also nice to enjoy during the sunset.

Please adjust hours on google maps. Was very excited to try this place, maps said it was open and came in at 4:30. Bartender said they don't open until 5. Was fine with that and went on a walk around cap hill for 30 minutes and came back in after the opening time. Bartender said they were still not here and not sure when they would arrive. As someone who works food service I get opening late but no employees even being there 6 minutes after opening is a lil crazy. With no idea when they would actually open decided to head home. Big bummer. Anyway still looking to try it out and update my review down the line. As someone from so cal there's no good cali burritos in cd/cap hill areas.

Really good tacos. I'm not sure if it was the red or the green sauce but one of them left a nice spice after taste.
I had asada and al pastor both where really good.

Let me tell you as a San Diego native who recently moved to Seattle who has been searching for Carne asada fries and California burritos that are even remotely similar to that i would get back home that NO PLACE compares to this little kitchen hidden in a bar!! They cook everything exactly like they do back home! Their adobada??? Perfection!! This is the real deal and if you’re looking for the best then this is the place.

Mexican approved! Just show up and eat for yourself! Juan the owner and his team will make sure you are satisfied with every bite! Best tacos in Cap Hill! #BestSeattleTacos

Order: asada tacos, smashburger, asada fries.
Just alright mexican food, youre better off searching elsewhere. The asada is pretty tough and not seasoned very well. However the smashburger was outstanding and the onion rings were great. The asada fries are crisp but could use some more salsa and cheese.

Tjs street tacos are the only taco spot I will eat at in Seattle, I look forward to having lunch here when I come visit . I have yet to try another taco spot that taste as flavorful as this place, especially the adobada tacos which taste so authentic, reminds me so much of back home (Cali). The service is usually quick and friendly, so grateful for this affordable shop.

Nachos and quesadilla were super dry and bland. Do not recommend. The upstairs patio area is nice to hangout in though

Really good fries and mozz sticks. They just hit the spot, but please give more ketchup / sauce with the fries next time.

I go/order there because of their hot dogs. I think those are the best I’ve had in Seattle. The put a whole fried chile Serrano on top which gives it a really good Mexican touch.

My only problem is that they don’t open daily.
