THE DONUTS were not fresh. The person working at the stand looked miserable when I walked in, which kind of set the mood. There’s no seating available, despite what the Google photos suggest. Overall, the atmosphere felt gloomy and unwelcoming — something that unfortunately seems common at similar spots in Seattle.

Went in to grab a coffee while waiting for my friend to have a procedure at VM on a Wednesday morning. The guy at the counter was so nice. The coffee was good but the overall experience was a day changer because of the wonderful customer service. The minus one star was because there was no where to sit.

Completely ignored when walking in. Employee was on their tablet device for a minute & wouldn’t even acknowledge the customer standing & waiting to order right in front of them.
No tap to pay is an issue. Workers are hit or miss; mostly seem annoyed to be there. Okay selection to choose from.

I love the glazed old fashion doughnuts at Top Pot Doughnuts, and the apple fritters are really good too. They make a delicious latte also. On a nice day, it is very pleasant to sit at a table on the sidewalk.
